I have quite a bit of staffing experience on different servers for example,
I have staffed on a Jedi vs Sith server called reborn gaming I was Admin
also I was a Senior Admin on Rumble Gaming I was in each of these positions for
a couple of years.
Please answer these questions with your honest opinion.
b1) Why do you want to volunteer for XenoRP?
I want to be a volunteer for this server to help out this community and help any one that needs it.
I also have a lot of experience in staffing on servers and dealing with people. I am a very well going person
and good to get along with. I already know all the commands and punishments required for this position. I am also
on the server all the time. I also have been in many situations with staffing and know how to handle basically everything.
When I am on the server I will put anything rp behind to take a sit and help out a player. I am also on some nights there
are no mods on and I would love help get rid of the minge's and help the people that need it.
b2) If you were to get accepted, what do you think would make you a good moderator?
I think y'all would love me as a mod cause I am a very out going nice guy. I like helping people and
honestly It's really fun for me. I am on basically all times of the day and would be very dedicated
with my position. I am a good mod cause I already know everything to come with it. I am very experienced and
know all the command and rules like the back of my hand. I am not a trouble maker and I wanna help
as much as I can. I am experienced with sits and talking to people also so that's another plus. I love this server and would love to
help it as much as I can.<3
Please provide descriptive answers for the following questions:
c1) Define RDM/RDA and describe how players who perform those actions should be punished.
RDM- Random Death Match This is when someone is killing another person for no valid reason.
RDA- Random Arrest This is when a government official has arrested some for no valid reason.
If someone called a sit for rdm it would depend on there demeanor if I would give them a verbal or a actual warn
but most the time I will give a verbal and if done again I would warn
If someone RDA someone I would find out the reason why and if it wasn't a good reason I would give them a verbal
for there first offense and on there second I would warn them
c2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated.
NLR- New Life Rule when someone dies and comes back without waiting the period to come back
If I am called for a sit for nlr I will give the guy a verbal then warn him if the rule is broke again.
c3) Define "metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence.
Metagame- when someone brings a ooc instance into a rp
For example someone talks about there printers in ooc then a cop making him wanted.
Please explain how you would handle each of these situations:
d1) You see a higher up is abusing their powers to the highest severity, how do you react?
I will just immediately talk to the owner or someone higher then them.
d2) During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit Mass RDMing. How do you handle the situation?
I would just jail tp him to me and finish what I was dealing with then deal with him.
d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets.
I will ask them to go build some where different then the streets.
