I was playing on the server with Snuffles for an hour or two from around 11:00 EST to 12:30 EST, and he didn't MassRDM. There were like 6 mods on duty at one point, so if he Mass RDMed during that time, I'm sure he would've been punished. I don't know about later in the night, but earlier in the night, he 100% did not Mass RDM.

I have to delete a few of my dupes because a ramp base because Zyngas told me that the entrance to the base is the whole section of fading doors and defenses, so a ramp base is any base that has a ramp in that section. It could confuse other people who create bases like that and nothing defining the entrance to a base is stated in the MOTD.

The ramp had a button on the other side so you didn't have to lock pick it, if you just looked on the outside part of the base before you went in, you would've seen a button that was clearly labeled "inner bridge" or something like that. Also, I believe that it was Smoke who gave us perms to build this megabase, and Kil attempted to raid the megabase and didn't have any problems with it.
