I remember being banned once and it was a false ban, I was a cop and I saw a fellow officer getting attacked so I tazed the guy and an admin froze then jailed me and then proceeded to banned me for RDT and another was my friends fault, he thought getting me in trouble would be funny so to prove we were in a party i shot my friend while we we're in a sit to show the mod we were partied but i guess he didn't care and he banned me for rdm even tho i didn't do damage to my friend

Yes I was a moderator on a gmod server named ProjectGMOD before it closed down 3 months ago

b1) Why do you want to volunteer for XenoRP?
Cause I've seen many mods and admins abuse their power on this server and they have never been called out and because i want to help people on the server as much as i can
b2) If you were to get accepted, what do you think would make you a good moderator?
I like to have fun and I want others to have fun and enjoyment, I wanna help make Xeno a play where someone can have a release and relax from all the stress. Make the Xeno community feel like a family
Please provide descriptive answers for the following questions:
c1) Define RDM/RDA and describe how players who perform those actions should be punished.
RDM stands for Random Death match and it means when a player randomly kills other players without valid reasons. For punishments if it's there first offense we warn them but if they continue rdming even after receiving a warn then a temp ban is necessary
c2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated.
NLR mean New Life Rule which means you can't return to the last spot you died, you re-spawn as a new person with a new life and you have no memories of your previous life
EX: If you are a cop and someone adverts a PD Raid, if you die during the raid you cannot return to the raid until it is over, if you return you break the nlr rule
c3) Define "metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence.
when one transfers RP data to Non Role-play data, usually via "OOC" It is usually against server rules and is a bannable offence
EX: when your in a party and your friend gets killed but you didn't see the actual rdm
so you look in kill chat to get the name of the person who killed your party member and you chase them down to kill them
Please explain how you would handle each of these situations:
d1) You see a higher up is abusing their powers to the highest severity, how do you react?
Turn on my recording software for proof and report them on the staff report forums and to any other higher ups
d2) During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit Mass RDMing. How do you handle the situation?
I'll freeze them, then jail them and get them out of the way of the general public. If there are any other staff on ill ask them to deal with it if they can, if not ill finish my current sit and then deal with the RDMer afterwards
d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets.
As long as the 2 players are in the Hobo Job ill allow it and as long as they don't block major entry's or exit's for other players or buildings
