Hey, just wanted to point you out that he'S new to the game, he had a few hour, i told him about it, he told me to warn him, in my opinion it was better teaching him to not do that ever again(because hes new) than rather straight up banning him and taking the risk of him doing it again, i am confident in my decision, for me it was the best thing, but still thanks for you opinion i appreciate it a lot

i think thats 2million is a bit overpriced 20mil per shipment? i think max they could do would be around 800-1mil. cause 20million is a lot for some player in my opinion

Yes, I was new to the server and as far as I remember I think It was because of, fail rp, illegal base, RDM in a sit (in my base getting raided and didn’t pause the raid) but I got to know all the rule and I’m not the same person as I was when I first got on this amazing server. Also, this ban was maybe 3 month ago I don’t exactly remember but it was maybe the first week I got on this server, I’m really not sure a7) Do you have any prior staffing experience? If so, where? I do not. but there is a start at everything, and I know very well the commands Please answer these questions with your honest opinion. b1) Why do you want to volunteer for XenoRP? Because its an amazing server that I love to play on with a great community, but i feel like there’s a lot of ruler breaker, that ruin the fun we all have, and I want to stop that, and help all the community to have a better time on the server, also I know the rule very well, my biggest problem is that I say a lot dumbass when people break the rule, but I think I can change that and learn that there’s other way to say thing, in my opinion Xeno and the community is awesome because of all the person that play on that know how to have fun at a certain limit, I want t help this server and community and I would do everything in my power to make this server the best it can be, one more thing, the staff are great and they know what they are doing, they not rude and they are awesome b2) If you were to get accepted, what do you think would make you a good moderator? I think what would make me a great moderator is the fact that I know the rule very well, and every time there’s a problem I try to help the community, when there’s new player I usually help them out with the rule and job and even give them money to start. A great point is that everyone know me on this server or have heard of me as the guy that build cancer base, I think having the respect of active player is great because they will listen to you if you tell them something, I also know a lot about what’s allowed and not about base, I consider myself a really good builder and I know all the rule about building. Please provide descriptive answers for the following questions: c1) Define RDM/RDA and describe how players who perform those actions should be punished. RDM= random death match, it means when you kill someone without a valid RP reason that is RDM Example, someone vape in your face you cannot just shoot them, you need to warn them 3 time to stop/leave to have the permission to shot them RDM/ARDM would be a warn MRDM/ARDM (mass random death match) 2 week= as a moderator or higher (If trial moderator request higher staff to ban for 2 week) (on behalf of) RDA=Random arrest (accompanied by RDT, which is random tazing) RDA happen when a police /swat/officer randomly arrest a person without a RP VALID reason to do so, Example, you are in front of a cops and you take out a gun and there is no law/mayor that is gun out are illegal and AOS (arrest on sight) having a gun in is possession is AOS arrest you. It can also occur out of RP situation (in spawn, while building). That is RDA. (also, any kos law is not allowed and need to be removed) RDA would be a warn MRDA I would demote the person, then if they re apply to cops and get it and continue it would be a 1 week ban for MRDA c2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated. NLR (120second / 2 minute timer)= New Life Rules it occur when you kill someone and they comeback to that exact same place, it can be a cops that was trying to taze you, then came back trying again, or during a raid, you kill him and he comeback to revenge RDM you., there’s a lot of examples, but those are the most current one that I (personally) see the most on XenoRP (most likely new player) c3) Define "metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence. METAGAME= Is something that is beyond your knowledge Examples: as a mayor making a law, all thief are AOS, or HITMAN are AOS, you are not supposed to know what role they are, you also cant refuse something to someone because of his current job, because you are once again not suppose to know that, another examples that most people don’t know is, while in a party, if you don’t see that person kill your party member you cannot kill him, because you are not suppose to know that he did, Please explain how you would handle each of these situations: d1) You see a higher up is abusing their powers to the highest severity, how do you react? i would start recording and taking screenshot (solid proof), then i would go ask him why is he doing that, if he's not doing it with a valid reason i would report him to one of the admin/owner or higher person at the moment on the server d2) During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit Mass RDMing. How do you handle the situation? i would pause the sit, then go deal with the person mass rdming and then i would go back to the sit and continue like nothing never happen d3) Only two other players are online, and they are building in the streets. So, I would start by deleting all their prop, then I would nicely tell them they have to change to hobo if they want to build near that place (sidewalk) and that they can only build on the sidewalk and that they are NOT allowed to build anywhere on the road. this server should sell double barrel from the blackmarket but like a high price of 50k each and 500k shipment because its really powerfull but its really hard to raid on this server the double could be a great
