-I have been banned once. Reason being is because I killed a mass RDM'r in a sit.
a7) Do you have any prior staffing experience? If so, where?
- I have not, but I do have experience with the administrative addon. It is in my knowledge that I can use this information to effectively be an important role as a member to the staffing team.
Please answer these questions with your honest opinion.
b1) Why do you want to volunteer for XenoRP?
-It is one of my favorite servers to play on. Most players know me and I could be a very helpful team member to the staff and server players. I have played on this server for quite some time. The community is very fun and I wish to keep it that way.
b2) If you were to get accepted, what do you think would make you a good moderator?
-What would make me a good moderator is I am very relaxed and can handle any situation with ease and professionally, I get along with almost everyone and make great experiences. I have great judgement and am very knowledgeable of the rules. I am certain I can create a fun relaxing roleplay experience for all players who wish to join our community. I am an active server player when I'm off work.
Please provide descriptive answers for the following questions:
c1) Define RDM/RDA and describe how players who perform those actions should be punished.
-RDM is an act of "Random Death Match" When a player purposefully kills another player with no reason to back up their reasoning. Those who are warned after committing the server crime and repeat the same action will be banned for a week or two.
RDA is "Random Arrest" When a police officer decides to wrongfully arrest a player for no reason. The punishment is a warning for fail rp. If done again, a suitable punishment shall be a kick. If they have not learned their lesson, a week ban is the most definite.
c2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated.
-NLR is when a player is killed with reasoning within server guidelines. The player cannot return to the area of their death.
-An example is if a person is being raided, and is killed. They cannot come back within a certain time length OR when the raid is over.
c3) Define "metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence.
-Metagaming is when using out of roleplay association within the game.
-An example is when if you are being kidnapped, players may be in a party and use discord to communicate with party members to give location.
Please explain how you would handle each of these situations:
d1) You see a higher up is abusing their powers to the highest severity, how do you react?
-first I shall inform them of their wrongful doing, if that does not stop them.
-Bring it to server forums and report them to the higher authority of the server.
d2) During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit Mass RDMing. How do you handle the situation?
-I will ask my current sit to patiently wait and continue to jail the RDM'r, ban them within appropriate time, go back to the previous sit and apologize and thank them for waiting and handling so on.
d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets.
-I will kindly ask them to move the building, all rules apply at all times. If they do not comply and give a hard time I will remove it myself and calm down the situation.
