a1) What is your in-game (RP) name? Mr Chess
a2) Provide a link to your Steam profile: http://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198027240940
a3) What is your Discord Tag? (ie: Falcon#5042)
a4) What timezone are you located in? Norway (GMT+2)
a5) How many in-game warns do you have? 0
a6) Have you ever been banned? If so, explain why? I have no bans on record.
a7) Do you have any prior staffing experience? The last kind of moderation I have done is on servers I have hosted myself. I have been a moderator on many servers before but I cannot remember their names as it's been a while since I really have played actively on a server. I have worked with billy's logs on my own server and with prometheus (the donation system xeno is using). I have also developed a plugin for the ServerGuard administration addon and also provide support for their addon to this day.
Please answer these questions with your honest opinion.
b1) Why do you want to volunteer for XenoRP? I wish to enforce the written rules on Xeno's server and create a good experience for the players who follow the rules. I often encounter issues with rule breakers when I first connect to the server in the morning as of most of the staff members are asleep or not online when I am on.
b2) If you were to get accepted, what do you think would make you a good moderator? It would be moderating strict but fair and keep neutral to all players in a case of rule breaking. Obviously I assume you have to see the perspective of the rule break and decide the punishment with the seriousness of the of the broken rule in consideration.
Please provide descriptive answers for the following questions:
c1) Define RDM/RDA and describe how players who perform those actions should be punished: I would have warned the player for doing such thing once, if they repeat the offence it may be a kick and if he keep doing it after a kick I would ban the player for a week or two for mass RDM.
c2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated: NLR is when you go back to a place after you have recently died or go back to a spot after dying before a raid or event is over.
c3) Define "metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence: Saying where a player is in OOC or giving ingame roleplay information through OOC chat is a form of meta gaming.
Please explain how you would handle each of these situations:
d1) You see a higher up is abusing their powers to the highest severity, how do you react? Gather evidence and report it to a administrator or to one of the owners immediately.
d2) During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit Mass RDMing. How do you handle the situation? If no other staff members are online I would jail them and take care of the situation I am already in before moving on to them.
d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets: I would inform them that they are not allowed to build in the streets and request that they don't do it in the future.

I can agree that I have been toxic a couple of times but that is commonly after several players have been acting very toxic beforehand against me or been trying to provoke me. While this in itself is not a good reason to act toxic back I have had a rough week and had some IRL problems making me more easily aggravated over smaller things, usually I am a calm, nice and a funny person which I assume some players I have actually played with on the server can vouch for.
As of the discussion of the meta gaming rule in Discord yesterday I don't think I insultet anyone I would rather say it was people insulting me calling me retarded and dumb as shit if you actually read the chat logs. The worst thing I said was "I bet I am smarter than you" after someone called me a dumbass. I just wanted a healthy discussion about the rule, I was not trying to be toxic or aggravate anyone. After all, the chat's header is saying that the channel is for anyone to discuss anything they like.
