-1 Pros: I have seen you on and you do seem fairly active. No bans. Cons: Most of what Ferrit says sums up the Cons though I don't think you should say, "I believe I staffed an old CS:S server" because that doesn't give us a determination if you have or haven't.

No. a7) Do you have any prior staffing experience? If so, where? Yes, I trial modded here for about 3 weeks in July but failed the second week because I didn't get my quota in. Please answer these questions with your honest opinion. b1) Why do you want to volunteer for XenoRP? I want to volunteer because I want to be back to a place I remember very well for the short time i was here and try again. (I'm also writing this because at the time there is no moderator on the server at the moment that isn't afk.) b2) If you were to get accepted, what do you think would make you a good moderator? I think some things that would make me a good moderator is that It's always a 99% chance i'm online (Since Break). though I'm rusty I still wanna use the skills that i learned here and put them to good use. Please provide descriptive answers for the following questions: c1) Define RDM/RDA and describe how players who perform those actions should be punished. RDM is when someone kills another with no roleplay intent. The person should first get a verbal warn unless asked to be warned if they proceed to do it they shall get a warn RDA is when a police officer arrests someone with no roleplay intent either. They should get a verbal warn and if they continue warn them. c2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated. Breaking NLR (New Life Rule) is the violation of having a "new life" and not really knowing anyone. The NLR Timer is 120 seconds and once that 120 seconds is up you may return to that group and where you were originally. c3) Define "metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence. metagame is when someone uses outside knowledge or knowledge that they shouldn't know to take advantage of other players Example: while raiding a base a teammate could die in the base and not respawn to give teammates information on where or if there are enemies. Please explain how you would handle each of these situations: d1) You see a higher up is abusing their powers to the highest severity, how do you react? I would try to get information on this admin, try to get a recording of it and proceed to report it to someone of an even higher ranking then them. d2) During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit Mass RDMing. How do you handle the situation? I would hope that the person I'm helping at the moment can stay put for a bit, then I would jail the Mass RDMer hear him and others talk for a bit, see if there is anything else I can put on the ban report which would last 2 weeks for Mass RDM and then continue my other sit. d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets. Talk to them and see why they are doing it. Lets say they said something like, "There's only three people on so it should be fine to build in the streets." then i would reckon with them saying that, "Even though there are 3 people online there is still rules set for people to follow and besides if you wanna build in the streets make a private game and you can build there." but if they continue they shall get warned and banned for 7 days for mass propblock."

Example: during a PD raid someone dies to tell their friends the locations of the other people in OOC or in discord. How do you handle the situation? jail and ban the RDMer for the suggested amount of time (2 weeks i think) and then return to the other sit. d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets. Tell them that "even though there is only 3 people in the server its still against the rules to build in the streets" (verbal warn). if they continue to do it they shall get warned and if they still proceed to do it they could get banned for prop minge.
