a7) Do you have any prior staffing experience? If so, where?   I have my own server but it's not public yet.

Please answer these questions with your honest opinion.
b1) Why do you want to volunteer for XenoRP?      I want to volunteer for Xeno because I have played on it a lot and I really want to be staff on it. I'm usually online a lot and I will be on a lot if I'm an admin.

b2) If you were to get accepted, what do you think would make you a good moderator?        I have read the MOTD a lot and I have seen a lot of YouTube videos on staffing for servers and I have my own server. I have learned all of the commands (for DarkRP admin) and I have learned from sits.

Please provide descriptive answers for the following questions:

c1) Define RDM/RDA and describe how players who perform those actions should be punished.       RDM (def): Random Deathmatch. When a player kills another player for no reason. No adverts and no other RPing actions.     RDA (def): Random Arrest. When any type of Civil Protection arrests another player for no reason. They weren't doing anything against the laws and no other RPing action.      RDM (punishment): If the player RDMed 1 time, they get a warn. If they RDMed multiple people (MASS RDM), they get a 2 week ban.      RDA (punishment): If the player RDAed someone 1 time, they get a warn. If they RDAed multiple people, they get a 2 week ban.

c2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated.    Definition: NLR (New Life Rule) is when you die in game while in a raid, mug, kidnap, etc, you forgot everything and you can't go back to where you died and interact with the RPing. If you die in a raid, you can't go back to your base until the raid is over. You also need to wait 120 seconds before returning to the sight of your death.    Example: A thief raids your base and you die in the process. You then walk back to your base and kill the raider. You just broke the new life rule.

c3) Define "metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence.    You cannot use information beyond your realistic knowledge. Example: You are a Police Officer and you see a mug in chat by a player. You watch the kill feed and wait for that player to kill someone. Next, you look for the player and arrest him.

Please explain how you would handle each of these situations:
d1) You see a higher up is abusing their powers to the highest severity, how do you react? If I saw a higher up abusing their powers, I would start recording it happening, report them on the Forums with the evidence, and tell the Discord server what's happening.

d2) During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit Mass RDMing. How do you handle the situation?     I would !bring the player that is Mass RDMing, jail them, finish the sit I'm currently dealing with then take care of the Mass RDMer.

d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets.      I would go to them and tell them they can't build in the streets but they can become Hobos and build on the sidewalks and if they continued to do it, I would warn them both 1 time for building in the streets.
