a7) Do you have any prior staffing experience? If so, where? Yea, S mod on xeno for 4 months... I got demoted for inactivity tho  ( I was told I could reapply)

Please answer these questions with your honest opinion.
b1) Why do you want to volunteer for XenoRP? It was fun and, in my opinion, I think I was a pretty solid mod.

b2) If you were to get accepted, what do you think would make you a good moderator? Again, I think I was a good mod... not tryna sound cocky 

Please provide descriptive answers for the following questions:

c1) Define RDM/RDA and describe how players who perform those actions should be punished. RDM is Random deathmatch, which means a player is killed without an RP reason. This could be a multitude of things, such as killing somebody because he looks ugly, or killing somebody because he's pointing a gun at ya. RDA is Random Arrest, which is arresting a player without an RP reason. This could be arresting somebody for holding a shotgun in your face while there are no laws. Both of these should be punished with a warn, but a 1 week ban if its repeated RDM/RDA, or even 2 weeks if it's mass RDM/RDA.

c2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated. NLR, or New Life Rule, is when a player remembers their past life. This could be violated by returning to the place at which they died within 120 seconds. Another way this could be infringed is by a player returning to a raid once they already died.  This results in a warn, but if done multiple times, a 3 day ban.

c3) Define "metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence. Metagame is using an outside source to your in-game advantage. This could be abused by a CP arresting a hitman because they have "hit accepted" above their head. This could be punished with a warn.

Please explain how you would handle each of these situations:
d1) You see a higher up is abusing their powers to the highest severity, how do you react? I tell his/her admin

d2) During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit Mass RDMing. How do you handle the situation? I !jailtp the MRDMer, and ban him for 2 weeks. Then I carry on with my sit.

d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets. I permanently ban both of them from the server. JK I'd tell them to stop building in the streets, and that they are welcome to switch to the hobo class and build in a vacant lot.
