Yes, I was a Moderator for a small Unturned server, BradRP.

Please answer these questions with your honest opinion.   
b1) Why do you want to volunteer for XenoRP?

   I really like this server and its players, It's been my main server for ~1 year. I feel I am a responsible person that would like to help out with staffing and such. I also think I might gain some knowledge from being a T-Mod.

b2) If you were to get accepted, what do you think would make you a good moderator? 

 I think I would be a good moderator because of my prior experiences and being able to quickly handle situations. I also believe that I will be active on the server alot, making sure nobody is breaking the rules 

Please provide descriptive answers for the following questions:

c1) Define RDM/RDA and describe how players who perform those actions should be punished. 

 RDM or Random Deathmatch is when a player kills another player for no valid reason. RDA or Random Arrest is when a Civil Protection arrests an innocent player (didn't break current laws). Breaking either of these rules should be 1 warn (Mass RDM is a 2 week ban).

c2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated.   

NLR or New Life Rule prevents players from return to the site of their death for at least 2 minutes after respawning. During a raid, NLR is applied until the raid is finished. ex. P1 is raids and kills P2, P2 comes back and kills P1 before the raid is finished.

c3) Define "metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence.

Metagame is when someone transfers knowledge from a previous life to target another player, basically doing something unrealistic.ex. A police officer gets killed by a thief, the police officer comes back and warrants the thief for killing an officer.

Please explain how you would handle each of these situations:
d1) You see a higher up is abusing their powers to the highest severity, how do you react?

I would gather video evidence then report them on the XenoRP forums.

d2) During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit Mass RDMing. How do you handle the situation?

I would jail the MRDMer and continue my sit. Once the sit is done I would being and talk to the MRDMer and ban him accordingly.

d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets.

If they were hobos, I'd ask them to move it to the streets. If they were anything else I would ask them to delete it even though there's only 3 people online.
