a7) Do you have any prior staffing experience? If so, where? I've had plenty of experience staffing since I've played since 2015 and I always like helping people. I've staffed on a few servers which unfortunately have shut down since including, Elite Roleplay, Xark RP and a few others that were much less memorable.

Please answer these questions with your honest opinion.
b1) Why do you want to volunteer for XenoRP?

I see a lot of people complaining about RDM/RDA in the chat but the moderators are too busy to dealing with the already rampant killing that they can't even start to fix it from happening again, I'd like to be able to help assist in the process and help Xeno be better than great.

b2) If you were to get accepted, what do you think would make you a good moderator?

Staff members should be calm and collected, respectful of others, and patient. In my opinion I can be all of these things while keeping any and all toxicity out of the way from my job. I also enjoy helping others and I feel this could be an outlet to help out my fellow gamers!

Please provide descriptive answers for the following questions:

c1) Define RDM/RDA and describe how players who perform those actions should be punished: Random Death Match and their punishment depends on the severity of their actions . If they kill one player I would warn the player, 2 - 3 I would ban the player for 2-3 days and MRDM I would ban for a week or more. Random Arrest is when a police officer arrests a player for absolutely no reason. For RDA firts I would unarrest the player who was falsely arrested, next I would warn or kick the player who RDA'd the player and if a player MRDA's the server I would ban them for a week or more aswell.

c2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated: New Life Rule, NLR is when a player dies and they are supposed to not go back to where they were since that would be breaking RP. Some examples could be One player begins a raid on another player , he kills the defender and then Player 2 goes back to his base and kills the attacker. Player 2 would be violating NLR and I would warn him for Fail Rp/ NLR.

c3) Define "metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence. Metagame is when a player uses a things not provided inside of RP such as Discord, Teamspeak or OOC Chat in the server to know things they shouldn't like if they're being raided or where a hitman's hit could reside.

Please explain how you would handle each of these situations:
d1) You see a higher up is abusing their powers to the highest severity, how do you react? I wouldn't confront the higher up but start a recording and ask another higher up their opinion on the clips to see if I should submit them, just to get a 2nd opinion.

d2) During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit Mass RDMing. How do you handle the situation? I would first ask the people in the sit to please be patient with me while I !jailtp the killer, where I then ask the story of the killer and the victims and dish out the according punishments. Another option would be to ask another staff member if they can handle the situation as I'm already in a sit

d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets. I would politely ask them to stop doing what they've been doing and that they can build their own base together somewhere and maybe become and hobo and build on the sidewalks if they're really content on building near there.

Thank You for considering me!
