a7) Do you have any prior staffing experience?If so, where? Yes here, I was a senior mod, also on Icefuse for rust. I was an elite Administartor.

Please answer these questions with your honest opinion.
b1) Why do you want to volunteer for XenoRP? In the past years of my gaming experience I have played a lot of Gmod. When I do play Xeno RP is the only server I play on. I feel that I get along well with the community and I could help you guys out. I have been staff before and I enjoyed my experience and the time I spent as staff. Becoming staff could also get me closer to the players, just like the last time I was staff. I know sometimes it can be hard to staff for how many tickets there can be. If I become staff I could relieve the pressure on some of the staff members backs and I would deal with tickets. Also im on a lot now so why not help where I can.

b2) If you were to get accepted, what do you think would make you a good moderator?  What would make me a good staff member is that I have experience. I have been staff before on this server like I stated above so I know how to handle the situations, also I know a lot of the rules pretty well. The last time I was staff I enforced the rules pretty well. Also as a player I treat players with respect and make sure I set a good example for others. On the weekends I stay on late so when no other staff members are on I can be on. I also know the motd pretty well so I don't always have to go to it for help, I know it off the top of my head. Also I would not freak out and I would be cool under pressure.

Please provide descriptive answers for the following questions:

c1) Define RDM/RDA and describe how players who perform those actions should be punished. RDM stands for "RandomDeathMatch" Which is when a player kills another player for no reason. It is dealt with by giving the player a warn, but if it is 4 or more people, it is mass RDM which is a ban.

RDA stands for "RandomArrest" and that is when someone from the civil protection job or someone who has the ability to arrest, arrests someone for no reason. It is dealt with the same way as an RDM

c2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated. NLR stands for "NewLifeRule" and it is when you die, you may not return to the same area until 120 seconds are up, then they may return to the area. An instance where this is violated is if someone is raiding and they die while raiding, but then return to the base before the 120 seconds are up.

c3) Define "metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence. MetaGame is where you cant do something you would be able to do in real life. For example sitting in a car that is on fire, or hiding inside a prop. Also you have to use information that is realistic, not something that cant be true at all.

Please explain how you would handle each of these situations:
d1) You see a higher up is abusing their powers to the highest severity, how do you react? I simply start recording and contact someone that is above them and send them the evidence.

d2) During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit Mass RDMing. How do you handle the situation? I would jail the guy I am dealing with at that moment and tell him that I will be right back, then jail the mass rdmer and deal with him. Then return to the first guy, apologize for the inconvenience, then continue the sit.

d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets. I would tell them to delete it because if people join and see me allowing them to do that, then they will think its allowed, which in reality, its not.

c3 - Not exactly, metagaming is using knowledge that your character shouldn't reasonably know; for example arresting a hitman for having "Hit Accepted" above his head, hearing printers through walls and warranting the base, etc.
