a6) Have you ever been banned? If so, explain why? yes. I was being killed over and over when i came out of spawn and I called an admin a lot but none came so i kill the dude before he could kill me and the admins banned me it was a really toxic server 

a7) Do you have any prior staffing experience? If so, where? yes i used to play on a server named Gen Rp but it became a Star wars Rp and It changed its name to Ace Rp

Please answer these questions with your honest opinion.
b1) Why do you want to volunteer for XenoRP? at night when admins get off im usually on and i see a lot of rdm and mingers so I want to help 

b2) If you were to get accepted, what do you think would make you a good moderator? I listen to reason and facts and also don't abuse power I also am active and would be on duty when theres no other mods 

Please provide descriptive answers for the following questions:

c1) Define RDM/RDA and describe how players who perform those actions should be punished. Rdm is random death match and is where someone randomly kills another player, it should be punishable by warn for a first degree RDM but banned for mass rdm. RDA is random arrest and should be punishable by jail and demote for one rda and ban for multiple rda 

c2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated. New life rule is a rule where if someone dies they forget what happened in their past life so if a player was killed in a raid they would not be allowed to come back to the raid  because in your new life you wouldn't know you died or were raided

c3) Define "metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence. when someone in discord or in occ chat calls out that someone is being raided or where someone is during a raid 

Please explain how you would handle each of these situations:
d1) You see a higher up is abusing their powers to the highest severity, how do you react? I would record report them to the fourms or a higher up admin on the server 

d2) During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit Mass RDMing. How do you handle the situation? jail the mass Rdmer and freeze them till the sit is over

d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets. tell the to move their props and verbally warn them.
