Which staff member are you reporting: PandA

Please describe the staff member's unjust behavior: He didn't necessarily RDM me, but he was in a group with the RDMer (yespapa). PandA had his name as "MeEp" in game probably as a celebration. Though when I believe when his group or him was RDM'd, he actually acted. I made two tickets, first being, "Yea, I just got RDM'd," when by yespapa. I was then RDM'd a second time by a player known as wrench (a citizen). I saw that he jailed someone for possibly RDMing someone in his group and after he warned the person, I made another ticket going along the lines, "PandA, please answer my sit about the RDM". He ignored the ticket. He was the only one on, so I couldn't really contact anyone else. This was an act of favoritism and ignoring staff duties. I hope this report finds everyone well.

Hey Gravity, I'd like to remind you that as a staff member, I am not required to go on duty nor take your ticket. This is especially emphasized by the owners, that they value me role playing as much as staffing. I had given yespapa a verbal warning to stop RDMing and he did. I jailed the person, Boomer, for RDMing, NLRing, and FailRPing. I would also like to mention, Styles and Lite were on and off the server.Also, I am confused on what you mean by "Celebration." Also, who was I "favoritising"?

You were celebrating Meep's unban. Well, I do not believe that you gave him a verbal. It would have been nice to be reassured that you dealt with him through a sit. You never dealt with other RDMers like wrench. I don't know if you were one of them, but there were some around yespapa encouraging him to RDM me in which he did. You were committing favoritism when you didn't deal with yespapa, in which I believe you didn't firmly as there was no tps or any INDICATION OF PUNISHMENT OR WARNING; you were in a party with him which also raised my suspicion about the act even higher. I did not see any other staff than you, but maybe that's because the title "ModPlus" stood out to me as someone whom I can rely on because of their experience and "DEDICATION" to the server.

And I say this again. I did not see anyone, and if there were, they were either ignoring me as well or not on duty. Or just AFK.

I barely even interact with Meep, as today being the first time I have partied and based with him. Also, I did deal with yespapa. I told him to stop. I honestly did not recognize there being any other RDMers as I was roleplaying. Also, a reminder, which you as ex-staff should know, I do not have to be on duty. I am sorry you believe I'd be biased and favorite yespapa, but that's simply just not the case. I gave him a verbal and he stopped. I didn't hear him encourage anyone else to RDM.

Okay, well, you were on duty and you didn't even respond. That was to deal with Boomer, but still, I was RDM'd and made a ticket regarding both wrench and yespapa, with nothing indicating they were dealt with. You might have dealt with yespapa, but you didn't deal with wrench. Even saying something in the OOC would have never made this report happen. It's a shame I had to resort to this but you weren't implying anything. Not to mention, I even said your name in VC and asked you to deal with my second ticket, but you flew to spawn and became another job, oh and what a surprise, IGNORING ME. Saying it now doesn't help that you didn't say it before. You misunderstood me on the last part: yespapa wasn't encouraging anyone to RDM, his friends were encouraging him to; mostly people with the name "Meep" or some bootlegged version of that. But you were on duty to handle someone that did something to you or a party member, and you easily could have answered my ticket as well. I'm sorry you did gain a bias and favorite yespapa, causing you to ignore me and letting yet another one who RDM'd get away with it, which is simply the case.

Hey Gravity, thank you for creating a report! After talking with PandA I have come to the following conclusion:

• Staff members can choose to not take tickets. In this case, PandA had already completed his quota for the week.
• PandA should not have changed his name, and he has now changed it back.
