Describe how the player broke the rules: Both repeatedly harassed me in text and voice chat, as well as through their actions. They repeatedly constructed things in front of my hobo structure entrances after being told several times by the hobo king to not.

This had been going on for well over an hour.

Moot, on the other hand, also lied to staff and RDM'd people via spawning and shooting a meth stove as meth cook.

These are not the only instances of them blocking it either. They had media players and radios blocking the entryway to my soccer field as well, including when Cousin built a giant wooden cylinder right in the middle of it. I unfortunately neglected to take screenshots of this though so take that how you will.

Not included in these chats is some nasty interactions I had of them that continued for a very long time, like them calling me "f*ggot" and beyond. They had said some of the nastiest things I had ever heard to some of the mods as well. All because they refuse to follow server rules and were pressured into doing so.
