Please provide descriptive answers for the following questions:

c1) a hitman kills a player without a hit

c2)nlr can be like coming back to your base when someone kills you and raids and come back to kill them

c3) a metagame should like a hitman is trying to pretend that they don't have a hit on the person they are talking to

Please explain how you would handle each of these situations:
d1) i would jail him and warn him 

d2) i would maybe but i would 100% warn for that
