b1) Why do you want to volunteer for XenoRP? : I like the server and I've been on it for a while so I thought I would help out the staff.

b2) If you were to get accepted, what do you think would make you a good moderator? : I want to help this server out and ill be there mostly during the day and most nights.

Please provide descriptive answers for the following questions:

c1) Define RDM/RDA and describe how players who perform those actions should be punished. : RDM Stands for random death match, these actions should be punished with warn/ban. RDA stands for random arrest and is when a police officer jails a player out of RP, and is punishable by warn/ban.

c2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated.: NLR stands for new life rule. NLR is violated when a player returns to there death spot or interacts with there killer before the cool down. Example: A hitman kills a player and player returns to the hitman after they are killed.

c3) Define "metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence.: Metagaming is being based with someone and using there codes to their advantage to raid them.

Please explain how you would handle each of these situations:
d1) You see a higher up is abusing their powers to the highest severity, how do you react?: You would take screen shots or recording and post them in Discord chat or DM to admin.

d2) During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit Mass RDMing. How do you handle the situation?: Jail the mass rdmer and ban them for 2 weeks then return to the sit and handle that situation.

d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets.: Tell them if they want to build near the streets, build on the sidewalk only if you are a hobo.

c2: You don't clarify what the cooldown is (120 seconds for non-raids, until the raid is over for raids)

c3:  Metagaming is more than just keycodes, for example  "Metagaming is when you use data your player shouldn't know", "Arresting a hitman for having 'Hit Accepted' above their head"
