None that I know of, but I have a couple verbal warnings.

a6) Have you ever been banned? If so, explain why?

Not that I know of, I have been kicked though

a7) Do you have any prior staffing experience? If so, where?

My first experience as staff was on a SantosRP server called Dusk Networks, I started as a trial mod and ended up as the Community Manager.

My second experience as staff was in a community called ParagonRP. I started as a trial mod and ended up as an Admin.

Please answer these questions with your honest opinion.
b1) Why do you want to volunteer for XenoRP?

XenoRP is the only DarkRP server I play on now. Every server has its quirks, but XenoRP gives me a nostalgic feeling, like playing DarkRP back in the day! Plus, I've been playing this server for so long, I figured I might as well try for staff! We need more active staff members anyway.

b2) If you were to get accepted, what do you think would make you a good moderator?

I can get on frequently, and I can be on late, especially when most staff members get off to sleep. I have nothing better to do than play videogames, thanks to not only my disability, but the covid-19 quarantine!

I have plenty of experience, not only as a staff member; but especially as a GMOD player in general, because I have over 4000 hours!

And, I have a passion for roleplay. Most of my roleplay experience was spent on SeriousRP; so I've come to know the Do's and Dont's of Gmod RP because they've been beaten into my brain for several years!

Please provide descriptive answers for the following questions:

c1) Define RDM/RDA and describe how players who perform those actions should be punished.

RDM stands for Random Death Match.

This occurs when a player kills, or even damages another player without a valid RP reason.

My thoughts for how repeated offenses should be handled if the victim has evidence

1st offense, warn

2nd offense, kick

3rd offense, 1 day ban

4th offense, permaban

My thoughts for how repeated offenses should be handled if the victim does not have evidence

1st offense, verbal warning

2nd offense, warning

3rd offense, kick

4th offense, 1 day ban

5th offense, 1 week ban

6th offense, permaban

Punishments for Mass RDM skip warning and kick, and go straight to ban.

RDA stands for Random Arrest

This occurs when a government job, either SWAT or CP arrests a player without a valid RP reason.

My thoughts for how repeated offenses should be handled if the victim has evidence

1st offense, Demoted from job, and warned

2nd offense, Kick

3rd offense, 1 day ban

4th offense, 1 week ban

5th offense, permaban

My thoughts for how repeated offenses should be handled if the victim does not have evidence

1st offense, verbal warn

2nd offense, Demoted from job, and warned

3rd offense, Kick

4th offense, 1 day ban

5th offense, 1 week ban

6th offense, permaban

c2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated.

NLR stands for New Life Rule

This occurs when a player dies. They must forget everything from their past life, and stay away from where they died for 2 minutes.

Violation Example 1

Joe is killed during a raid. Joe runs back to his base while letting everyone around know that he's being raided, and will pay people to help counter raid. He then kills the raiders whilst they are still raiding.

Joe has broken the NLR rule.

Violation Example 2

Bob is killed by Hitman John. Bob runs to the police to tell them that Hitman John killed "someone" (telling the cops that Hitman John killed Bob, without directly telling them that Bob died to Hitman John.) The police arrest, or kill Hitman John.

Bob has broken the NLR rule.

Violation Example 3

Hobo Harry is building his shack in the street, when a thief mugs him, Hobo Harry does not survive this encounter. Hobo Harry runs back to his shack in the street to continue building after he has died.

Hobo Harry has broken the NLR rule.

c3) Define "metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence.

Metagaming is when a player gains knowledge of something that they couldn't have gained through RP

Violation Example 1

Joe is getting raided. Joe's friend, Bob is on the other side of the map selling meth. Joe tells Bob over discord/skype/teamspeak that their base is getting raided. Bob runs home and kills the raiders, ends the raid and saves all their loot.

Joe is metagaming, and so is Bob.

Violation Example 2

John the Gundealer is selling guns in a hidden part of town. Jane wants to buy guns, so she types in chat  (ooc) John, where is your gun shop?

John replies in chat, (ooc) Jane, my gunshop is in the Industrial District next to the Mafia's Warehouse!

Jane makes her way to the Industrial District and buys a shipment of Honey Badgers.

John is metagaming, and so is Jane.

Please explain how you would handle each of these situations:
d1) You see a higher up is abusing their powers to the highest severity, how do you react?

Start recording, and then take the evidence to a staff member that is higher up than the abuser.

(i.e mod abuser, take evidence to senior mod, admin abuser, take evidence to head admin etc etc)

d2) During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit Mass RDMing. How do you handle the situation?

Jail/Freeze the RDMer; handle the sit I'm currently in, and then deal with the RDMer

d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets.

Let them know that only Hobos can build in the streets, and give them verbal warnings, if they continue, give them an actual warning. Rules still apply, even if the server is empty!
