a5) How many in-game warns do you have? As of the time I am making this the server is not up for some reason, but If I have to take an estimate I would say around 10? If thats not right I know it is less.

a6) Have you ever been banned? If so, explain why? I have been banned once for RDM for 3 days. There isn't really an explanation on why.

a7) Do you have any prior staffing experience? If so, where? No. 

Please answer these questions with your honest opinion.
b1) Why do you want to volunteer for XenoRP? I have played the server for a little while, and I really enjoy playing on it. I have come to know a lot of people in the community and I would like to grow in it. I have participated in many events (raids, building, jobs, alliances) and I really think I would want to be a part of this amazing community.

b2) If you were to get accepted, what do you think would make you a good moderator? I have good personal skills and can resolve a conflict pretty easily, and I can be quick to take tickets and be involved in my job most of the day. I would be more than happy to take sits and wouldn't lazily do my job. I have learned most of the rules from the hard way around, but that means that they have stuck in my head and I promise I will enforce them as they were enforced to me.

Please provide descriptive answers for the following questions:

c1) Define RDM/RDA and describe how players who perform those actions should be punished. RDM stands for random deathmatch in which (of course) players will randomly kill other players for no apparent reason, or for what they feel like is a justified reason but actually isn't. RDA stands for random arrest in which a form of cop (swat assault, swat sniper, etc) randomly arrests a player for no apparent reason, or for what they feel like is a justified reason but actually isn't. RDM and RDA should both be taken in a similar way as they both are just as harmful, if a player rdm's or rda's another player once he/she should just be warned, and if they keep doing it for another 2-3 with no intention to stop, they should be banned. The ban should depend on how many people were rdm'd or rda'd but usually come to around one week to two weeks.

c2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated. NLR is the "New life rule" which can mean that you must not return to the place you died, remember your previous life or take revenge on your killer. Examples of instances in which this takes place is mostly in raids. Whether or not you are the person raiding or the person defending the base, if you die, you must not come back to your place of death or do anything relating to that. Another place is mostly takes place is when a player is assigned a cop role and they either arrest or kill the victim for a justified reason. The player should not try to exact revenge on the player or even do anything relating to that because that would be breaking the "New life rule."

c3) Define "metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence. "Metagaming" Is when one transfers RP data to Non Role-play data, usually via "OOC" It is usually against server rules and is a bannable offence. Example: You're a swat, and player 1 was killed by player 2, because player 2 mugged him. So you watch the kill chat and make player 2 wanted and arrest him. You must see the murder/mugging then you have the rights to make player 2 wanted and arrest them

Please explain how you would handle each of these situations:
d1) You see a higher up is abusing their powers to the highest severity, how do you react? (I really don't know this about this one because I have never dealt with such a thing because I have never been a higher up on any server, but I will give my highest effort answer into it.) If I could I would talk them out of doing so, but of course I would still have to report it. If that doesn't work I would call up other higher ups and put this on the forums to demote the player because obviously they do not know how to use there power and should not have been dealt so.

d2) During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit Mass RDMing. How do you handle the situation? If I was in a sit and I saw someone mass rdming I would probably jail the person mass rdming and then try to finish the sit as quickly as possible. Then I would go ahead and deal with the new found situation.

d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets. I would treat the situation as if the server was full, I would try to talk them out of it and give them a warn, and if they don't listen after a few more warns I would ban them for the correct amount of time.
