Yes, on a couple of Dark RP servers that my friends had set up a while ago, and on some Starwars RP servers.

Please answer these questions with your honest opinion.
b1) Why do you want to volunteer for XenoRP?

I started playing on this server a couple years ago and I haven't played much till recently because I had no one to play with, but since getting back on I remember how much I loved this server and how much I wished I could have done more to support it. I would like to join the staff team to help keep the community as good as it is and help it grow even better if possible.

b2) If you were to get accepted, what do you think would make you a good moderator?

What I believe would make me a good moderator is my experience and just how fair I try to make things, though there are boundaries like to try and keep things as fair as possible in most situations.

Please provide descriptive answers for the following questions:

c1) Define RDM/RDA and describe how players who perform those actions should be punished.

RDM: Random Death Match, if it is a single case and only one to three-ish deaths a warn. Any more is basically considered MassRDM and is a temp bad. RDA: Very similar case in my opinion one-2ish is a warn, any more is a temp-ban

c2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated.

NLR: New Life Rule, on Xeno it is two minutes and New Life Rule means that you have essentially started another life and must forget your past one, though after the timer is up you are allowed to return to your place of death.

c3) Define "metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence.

As far as I can tell, metagame is when someone reacts to someone else in a RP situation, like for say if a Citizen gets kidnapped, a cop would try to arrest the kidnapper, or if a cop witnessed a murder they would look for the murderer.
Please explain how you would handle each of these situations:
d1) You see a higher up is abusing their powers to the highest severity, how do you react?

Try to get any evidence/proof using screenshots or video, then report them to and show the evidence to their higher ups.

d2) During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit Mass RDMing. How do you handle the situation?

Make sure no one in my current sit can leave then go and jail the RDMer and temp ban him or have another staff member ban them if I can't. Then after the RDMer is dealt with return to my original sit and finish that.

d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets

First warn them to stop and ask them to remove the buildings, if they don't remove it themselves do it myself once, and if they do it again kick/temp ban depending on the severity of the building.

Hi Rob, thank you for creating an application! You did an alright job (could have included raids in c2, and c3 is wrong - metagaming is using outside knowledge that your character shouldn't know, like keypad codes shared over Discord).
