a5) How many in-game warns do you have?- I have zero in game warns

a6) Have you ever been banned? If so, explain why?- I have not been banned

a7) Do you have any prior staffing experience?- If so, where?- I used to staff a server called Aspiration Gaming (I believe it was called that) It has since shut down

Please answer these questions with your honest opinion.
b1) Why do you want to volunteer for XenoRP?- I miss being a staff member and helping a community, I had a lot of fun meeting people

b2) If you were to get accepted, what do you think would make you a good moderator?- I have a lot of patience and will extend that to my sits, if a player is being uncooperative I will advise them to stop and quietly wait, if they do not then  I will deal with them appropriately. I also have experience using ULX, though I may be rusty

Please provide descriptive answers for the following questions:

c1) Define RDM/RDA and describe how players who perform those actions should be punished.- RDM (Random Death Match) Is when a player attacks another without a valid RP reason to, This usually results in a warn. RDA Is when a player randomly arrests another player once again, without an RP reason to

c2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated.- NLR (New Life Rule) is a rule put in place to stop interference from a player if they have died, if you are killed you may not return to the site of your death for two minutes, or in the case of a raid, Until the raider has called over. If I was to be killed in a raid and then immediately come back and try to kill the raider, that would be breaking NLR 

c3) Define "metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence.- Meta-gaming is when you use knowledge that your RP character doesn't have in order to do something in game. If you know a specific weakness to a duped base, it's technically meta-gaming if you exploit that knowledge to get inside

Please explain how you would handle each of these situations:
d1) You see a higher up is abusing their powers to the highest severity, how do you react?- I try to mitigate the damage in game and I post on the forum including screenshots

d2) During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit Mass RDMing. How do you handle the situation?- I politely ask the sit to stay on hold for a moment and jail the person in question. If I think they might ltap I might deal with them first, or I might quickly sort out my other sit and then deal with them

d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets.- They're fine. If it's not hurting anybody or ruining the experience I'll leave them alone. We're here to moderate so they can have a good time!
