Please answer these questions with your honest opinion.
b1) Why do you want to volunteer for XenoRP? because i wish to help community as i am a fairly active player that and I have noticed some rule breakers recently

b2) If you were to get accepted, what do you think would make you a good moderator? i quite enjoy this server's community and since I am fairly active i will be able to help most of the time

Please provide descriptive answers for the following questions:

c1) Define RDM/RDA and describe how players who perform those actions should be punished. Random Death match/Random Death Arrest  2 week ban but it depends in the situation

c2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated. New Life Role you basically forget your past life and can not go to the place of death for two minutes

c3) Define "metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence. metagame is basically someone adverting at their base that they have weed or meth and then the police decide to raid them only based off of that 

Please explain how you would handle each of these situations:
d1) You see a higher up is abusing their powers to the highest severity, how do you react? I report it to their higher up and get proof (ie screenshots,videos)

d2) During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit Mass RDMing. How do you handle the situation? I write their names and deal with them later after the sit is complete

d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets. I politely ask them to remove the props and if they do not comply i would warn them

Pros: Has basic knowledge on rules

Cons: Doesn't seem to know rules too well, some mistakes on application. 

Suggestions: RDA is just random arrest not random death arrest, If someone is mass Rdming that should be your main concern, Also with RDA and RDM we usually don't resort to a two week ban

Overall: -1 

Id like to see you more active and have more of a grasp on the rules and id be happy to change my reply
