a7) Do you have any prior staffing experience? If so, where? - Yes. BananaGamingRP (old server), TitsRP, ExoticRP.

Please answer these questions with your honest opinion.
b1) Why do you want to volunteer for XenoRP? - Honestly, i miss being a admin/mod etc. in darkrp. It gave me a sense of belonging. It gave me a group of people that loved the same stuff i do, and ive met so many good friends along the way, and ive learned so much shit from this game and the community. I just wanna give back to the communities that helped build my own little paradise within this game. I know it sounds weird, but, darkrp has always been my escape from the reality of the real world. Being around a bunch of people that love the same shit, that enjoy it and create tons of stories, is just what i find solstice in. I want to help guide others, and teach and be taught from others, and help shape the community.

b2) If you were to get accepted, what do you think would make you a good moderator? - My social skills, utmost. I can make friends with just about anyone. I feel as if i could bring a variety to the server. i have people skills, i can make people laugh, not really a prideful thing but hey, people love it. I have so much knowledge when it comesz to DarkRP i just feel like i could guide others into a much funner, deeper experience in garrys mod. Also, im on 24/7, even well into the night, so id be able to handle most of the morning mingers and help keep the server clean and good.

Please provide descriptive answers for the following questions:

c1) Define RDM/RDA and describe how players who perform those actions should be punished. - RDM- Random Death Match. a scenario in which a player randomly kills another player without reason. Such acts should result in a warn on a first time offense. Second time, 1 day ban. Third time, 1 week ban, etc.

c2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated. - NLR- New Life Rule - a player who has died within a area may not return till alloted time has passed, and must not "remember" anything prior to that incedent. Players who break NLR shall be warned on first offense, as well as 2nd time offense, but third time offenders should result in a 1 day ban, etc.

c3) Define "metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence. - Using outside knowledge to advance/further yourself/character in such game modes. EX: "i heard him say on discord his house has a bunch of printers in the basement, code is xxxx, lets go rob him"

Please explain how you would handle each of these situations:
d1) You see a higher up is abusing their powers to the highest severity, how do you react? - Contact a person above their rank and report it to them as well as the owner/co-owner, along with proof.

d2) During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit Mass RDMing. How do you handle the situation? - jail the current person in a sit to ensure they do leave, jail the suspect and Punish him accordingly (Perm-ban in this scenario) once that is finished, return and unjail the prior person in the sit and finish the sit.

d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets. - TP to them and ask them to not build there and only in areas permitted. Further repeated violations shall result in a kick.
