Please describe the staff member's unjust behavior: Walked into a completely open base, saw illegal weapons in their hands, I got shot, killed them all. They then broke NLR and killed me. rexx wouldn't let us speak during the sit, didn't want to see any shadowplay evidence, and immediately warned both of us twice for RDT and FailRP. We verified damage logs with Teffa, and you can freely speak to him about it as well

He was prohibiting Isaac from entering the back of the PD to perform his duty, which is against the rules, though

In the first clip, you did not have a warrant to walk into their base and attempt to arrest them. Secondly you meta gamed during the first clip giving your friend info on the kids you were killing. From 1:13 through 1:22 the person he killed came back and broke NLR but asked "if he had a warrant" and you mocked the kid for saying "did you have a warrant". I had also gagged him during the sit as he proceeded to scream at me. He had also tried to RDA the mafia member when he asked if he had a warrant. Both parties were in the wrong in this situation.

 

  In the Demotion video, I was with customers in the back, asking for gun licenses, I had previously added a law shortly before he had came into the PD that "all PD members must enforce the law Not including JUGS for my protection" and I had asked him to leave the area as I was dealing the customers and said " I don't want you back here". He has to listen to the mayor or else its FAIL RP Also Ben said it was ok for me to demote him since he wasn't obeying the mayor. In the video you can listen to BEN saying I can.

Metagaming isn't a thing on this server as far as comms go.

Even if it were, The police have radio comms anyway, free global communication is built into the server.

You abused your powers and got caught doing so. It's blatantly obvious by anyone who watches these clips

You say "both parties are in the wrong" but never issued warnings to the other players, and said you didn't want to see our evidence when we got in the sit. Your one job as a moderator is to listen to arguments on both sides and check the evidence. You didn't do either. and you clearly don't know the rules of the server based on your flimsy response

Metagaming is invalid here with comms, this isn't a serious rp server as long as I had an rp reason to arrest, which I did. As clearly seen in my end of the situation you can see a handgun in one of the mafia members hands while guns were illegal which is why I tased him. Then a member of the pd (Magnus Carlsen) was being attacked by the other two members which is why I stepped in and killed them. We don't need to get a warrant for an open door. You also refused to let me even talk to you and decided to warn me and magnus without you even hearing our side of the story. You just made judgement without even knowing fully what was going on. I understand that you aren't required to watch recordings, but you have to at least make the sit fair, which is was not for me and him. We each got two seperate warns for the same situation and of which you weren't even willing to let us justify ourselves. So regardless of what you say now, you didn't give us a fair chance then, and you told us what we did without even being there, and without knowing for sure exactly what happened. The intent of my reply, and me giving him the video was to clear what I believe to be unfair warns toward myself, and toward magnus. Edit :The sit was also over in under 3 minutes without me being able to reply, because the mafia members were allowed to talk, and magnus was definitely not able to talk since he was gagged.

You had every right to walk into the base and arrest the mafia or kill, thats fine, the problem is after that. If they broke NLR you cannot just re arrest them or kill them. They broke the rules so make a ticket. For the warnings I would say rdt is somewhat valid and failrp is not. The warnings will be removed from you but please at least know that the rules were broken on your end and on rexx's end. Staff should be letting people speak and giving both sides of the story. I will talk with him and see why he did that.
