so i can help its community get away from minge and rule braking  and go to i nice community that is not just full of minge

i have a lot of experience with being staff and i can bring common sence and help 

Please provide descriptive answers for the following questions:

c1) Define RDM/RDA and describe how players who perform those actions should be punished.

RDM means Random Death Match lets say i im walking down the street and someone shoots me thats RDM unless they have a hit etc
RDA means Random Arrest so im walking down the street and i get tazed and arrested for walking down the road unless j walking is not in the laws its RDA

c2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated.

NLR is new life rule its your not allowed to return to the  place you died this inclueds ALL raids 

c3) Define "metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence.

metagame is when you use OOC thing in IC like i say in ooc i killed the mayor a cop cant arrest me 
Please explain how you would handle each of these situations:
d1) You see a higher up is abusing their powers to the highest severity, how do you react?

tell there higher up

d2) During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit Mass RDMing. How do you handle the situation?

deal with the mass rdm ban for 2 weeks

d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets.

verbal warn them to stop there not allowed to and doing that builds habit and they will start thinking they can and that gets them in futher

I am going to go with a -1, but it can change if you add more effort to your application. Also, a ban for RDM is either Repeated or Mass, and I am rather interested as which one you committed. 

Once you fix the mistakes in your application, I will re-evaluate my decision. I will check it again on Wednesday, June 10th.
