b1) Why do you want to volunteer for XenoRP?

I want to volunteer because whenever I play it seems no staff are online and it usually last for around 3-4 hours tell you finally see someone. I like this server a lot and have played on it in the past. It just bothers me that when no admins are on when the server pop is around 30 people. So I want to have the chance to make the server stay normal during that time.

b2) If you were to get accepted, what do you think would make you a good moderator?

I know a good amount of people in the server and I don't let friendships sway the side of right or wrong. In real life I have had the opportunity to be in many leadership roles and I know how to lead a team or group of people to success and that's all I want to do for this server. I want to make it perfect so people can play and not have to worry about RDM or other things that people do to ruin the game for others

Please provide descriptive answers for the following questions:

c1) Define RDM/RDA and describe how players who perform those actions should be punished.

RDM is the act of killing or harming someone for no role play reason. RDA is the act to arrest someone for absolutely nothing. Both of these acts done by when a player doesn't want to ether listen to the rules or doesn't know the proper rule. If I was in a sit and this situation came up I would check the players history to see if he's been warned or banned before, and also check if this was a accident or a clear act to ruin somebody's game play experience.

c2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated.

NLR is the New Life Rule, this rule is when someone dies they have to forget everything that happened in the pervious life. This is to keep up the Role play situations so that the player who died cant come back to a certain area for a set amount of time. With this rule it helps players finish the Role play they were doing depending on who livid. For example I'm raiding a base and I kill the owner he cant come back tell after the Role play situation is over, and that goes for me as well. If I die I cant come back to continue my raid tell my time is up.

c3) Define "metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence.

Metagame is knowing a situation in game but my character couldn't have known. For a example If I didn't place cameras outside my house and I read in chat that someone advert's raid on my base that gives me an advantage to prep to stop the guy.

Please explain how you would handle each of these situations:
d1) You see a higher up is abusing their powers to the highest severity, how do you react?

Message another higher up and tell them the situation or record the problem and then wait for someone with power to let them know.

d2) During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit Mass RDMing. How do you handle the situation?

I would jail the RDMer and finish the sit after the sit I would go to the jailed person.

d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets.

I would just let them know to stop doing it and tell them the rules to of base building.
