a7) Do you have any prior staffing experience? If so, where?  I have Moderated and was an Admin for several other DarkRP servers, however due to the servers shutting down a few years ago, as of currently, I am not a current staff member of any servers anymore.

Please answer these questions with your honest opinion.
b1) Why do you want to volunteer for XenoRP?  I feel as I can help moderate and help grow the server, as I've seen several issues, one of which is mass rule breaking staff is not on, so I wish to fix that and when I am online, I will make sure to enforce the rules while no other staff are online or active.

b2) If you were to get accepted, what do you think would make you a good moderator?  To be a good moderator is to be efficient and active, I will show that I am active and solving problems, assign warnings/bans if needed, and giving my opinion in decisions, however as a Moderator I feel as it is important to confirm actions with other moderators, as having multiple opinions in a matter is the best way to go.

Please provide descriptive answers for the following questions:

c1) Define RDM/RDA and describe how players who perform those actions should be punished.   RDM stands for Random Death Match and is performed when a player shoots a person and proceeds to kill the person with no reason as to commit such action, an example of this is a Thief killing a Citizen with no reason, and should be punished with a warning, however if the person continues and is Mass RDMing, they should be banned for 3 Days or 1 Week, depending on severity. Random Arrest or RDA is performed when a Police Officer arrests someone without any clear reason, an example of this is when an officer walks into spawn and arrests an AFK player for no actual reason, this should be punished with a warning, however if the person persists on arresting innocent people, he should be banned for 3 Days.

c2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated.   NLR or New Life Rule is when someone dies and respawn, from there they cannot return to their last location where they have died for a set amount of time, this can also apply with RDM, if they randomly kill a person who had killed them earlier, this would be considered Revenge RDM. An example of this being violated is when a Thief who is raiding a person is killed, from then on he would return and continue the raid, or the other way around, the owner of the base is killed during a raid and he returns to kill the raiders.

c3) Define "metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence.   Metagame or Metagaming, is a term when someone is using knowledge they have not been given to dictate their character's actions, and an example of this occurrence is when a police officer reads the kill feed and sees that a Thief had killed another officer, they themselves had not seen it so they shouldn't have known, however this officer decided to locate the person, and proceeded to arrest them for murder, even though he had not bee provided the knowledge of it happening.

Please explain how you would handle each of these situations:
d1) You see a higher up is abusing their powers to the highest severity, how do you react?   I will report the individual to other staff, such as the Owners or Higher Admins and notify about the incident, and describe to them what they were doing, and how long they were doing it. From there on, I will monitor the higher up that is abusing his power and likely record it, making sure to get evidence of the action, and if other staff are online, I will notify them of what is happening so the staff team is informed of the actions.

d2) During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit Mass RDMing. How do you handle the situation?   I will jail the person committing the mass RDM, finish the sit I am currently part of, then teleporting to the person jailed and ask why they are just randomly killing people, if they provide a reason that makes no sense or is absolutely ridiculous, they will be banned for 3 Days or 1 Week, depending on severity.

d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets.  I will teleport to them and ask why they are building in the street and tell them that they are not allowed to do such action and they must not block off any paths around the map. If they refuse to stop, they will be warned and I will tell them again, to stop building in the streets, to which they are likely to comply. If they do not I will warn them again, and if they continue I will ban them for atleast 1-2 Days for breaking the rules.
