Moderator forcufully demotes me because his 2 votes before failed to go thru

Please describe the staff member's unjust behavior: Started a demotion vote when I was a mayor due to "public intrest" and both votes failed to demote me because players didnt agree, then proceeds to forcefully demote me. Seems to be due to interactions in the past, which is why he targeted me.

I honestly don't recall meeting you before and I have several witnesses that the vote gave a yes, It also states in the rules that, "The mayor can be demoted for RP reasons. If the mayor is not acting in the peoples best interest he can be demoted." I may have interpreted the rules in the wrong way and am prepared for discipline if my higher ups feel that way. I apologize for the inconvenience.

[Edit] I also think you may have mistook a ulx poll with a vote to demote players that can only be used when staff are not online. The ulx poll is only a gauge of public opinion and does not have an action tied to it.

I looked into this myself and I found that Yang and another witness have said that the ULX poll received much positive support for your demotion.

Please keep in mind that neither of these polls were votes, only a poll.

The rules do say that the mayor is allowed to be demoted from their role if they fail to meet the public's best interest. This was proven to be the case with both of the polls and with chat logs showing disapproval of your management of the city.

I feel like your demotion was justified and that Yang (dead body uwu) did not do anything wrong.

I do appropriate ur response, however moderators are not allowed to reply to staff reports unless directly effected. On the good side, what you had mentioned is for the most part correct.

What i agree with:

If people do generally vote in a negative manner, that should indicate you are doing something people prolly dont like.

Also ur name is "Power Hungry Dictator". That says something.

I want to talk with Dead body about this and maybe clear up some more info. I personally do not believe that he did anything wrong, there for there will be no punishment. Take a gander at the poles and if people vote down, try and change ur ways, if not this will happen again.
