b1) Why do you want to volunteer for XenoRP? 

I have played on this server for about 3 weeks and I have enjoyed my time on it. I notice some people get away with many of the thing they do so i would like to help out.

b2) If you were to get accepted, what do you think would make you a good moderator?

I've seen plenty of moderator experience from watching friends and other staff members on Xeno. I have also read the rules quiet a few times to see what is and isn't allowed. I've also taken my time to watch "Admin on duty" videos to see how others react to people breaking the rules and id like to do this myself.

Please provide descriptive answers for the following questions:

c1) Define RDM/RDA and describe how players who perform those actions should be punished.

Random Death Match. Depending on how much RDM occurred such as 1 then the player should be warned. If they RDM 2-3 players the player should be kicked and warned. If they repeat these actions it should be taken into a Temp Ban and anything further Perm.

c2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated.

New Life Rule. If a group were to raid the PD and do so with success, any cop/swat killed in the raid would commit NLR if they returned to the PD and tried to stop the raid.

c3) Define "metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence.

Actions your character wouldn't know to make. If a player were to spawn props and sit inside of them to avoid something it would be Metagame. If they console kill themselves it to avoid a player trying to kidnap them would also be considered metagame.

 

Please explain how you would handle each of these situations:
d1) You see a higher up is abusing their powers to the highest severity, how do you react?

Record or get proof of the higher up abusing and send it to the Owner or someone higher then him.

d2) During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit Mass RDMing. How do you handle the situation?

Jail the player. Deal with the sit at hand and then deal with the Mass RDMer

d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets.

Ask them to stop and delete the props. If they do not comply delete the props. If they continue to build warn them.
