a6) Have you ever been banned? If so, explain why?  I have never been banned that i can remember.

a7) Do you have any prior staffing experience? If so, where?  Yes i have been on defconations prisonrp and many darkrp servers that I do not remember.

Please answer these questions with your honest opinion.
b1) Why do you want to volunteer for XenoRP? I love staff and since i have retired from my other staff positions I have wanted to get back into it and I have a new pc so i can run games better so it makes me want to play even more as staff on the server.

b2) If you were to get accepted, what do you think would make you a good moderator?  I have many hours on the server as wel as 2,027 hours on GMOD and I am also a donator because I love the server so much I believe it is a great server and keeps increasing popularity by the day I believe if we had more slots we would have even more people to play this server is one of the most amazing servers that I have played on.

Please provide descriptive answers for the following questions:

c1) Define RDM/RDA and describe how players who perform those actions should be punished.

RDM is Killing someone without a reason and for first punishment should be a warn second should be a kick and third should be a short ban of 15 minutes to cool off same goes for RDA now mass RDM and Mass RDA should be a ban for however long the suggested ban length is for the server.

c2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated.

NLR is going back to the place of death or doing something to disturb the situation at which you were in after you die.  For example if you die during a raid go back and shoot the people raiding you that is nlr and RDM times however many there were.

c3) Define "metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence.

Watching streams of people playing the game and using that as an advantage or as staff spectating and using that as an advantage to kill, raid, mug, etc.

You watch a stream and see the streamer is going to raid so you decide to raid his base and end up getting all his money and destroying all of his things that is metagaming.

Please explain how you would handle each of these situations:
d1) You see a higher up is abusing their powers to the highest severity, how do you react?

Report to a higher up than them.

d2) During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit Mass RDMing. How do you handle the situation?

Ban them for allotted time that the server allows for Mass RDM. while you continue the sit. 

d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets.

Kinldy go up to them and tell them they can switch to hobos if they want to build in the streets and if they do not listen warn still do not listen kick then ban.

Pros: Has a decent app, Somewhat knows rules. 

Cons: D3,C1, are partially incorrect.

Overall: No one cant build in the streets no matter what, and you didn't define "RDA". You have a basic understanding of the rules but I believe you could get a better grasp on them with a little more time. 

Suggestion: Get a little more familiar with the motd and try to be as active as possible that way you can get in weird scenarios you'll be familiar with and re-apply.
