GodOfRats
a1) What is your in-game (RP) name? -GodOfRats a2) Provide a link to your Steam profile. -https://steamcommunity.com/id/pandaboinamedben/ a3) What is your Discord Tag? (ie: SomeUser#1234) -Pandaa#7681 a4) What timezone are you located in? -CDT Central Daylight Time a5) How many in-game warns do you have? -2 a6) Have you ever been banned? If so, explain why? -I have not been banned at least to my awareness a7) Do you have any prior staffing experience? If so, where? -I was a senior admin on a TTT server named Pwnage gaming -I was a senior moderator on a DarkRP server named Ice #3 Please answer these questions with your honest opinion. b1) Why do you want to volunteer for XenoRP? -I feel as if I could help the server and community and make the server a better place. I see a lot of times where there isn't enough staff on and things get hectic and I want to help in any way I can. b2) If you were to get accepted, what do you think would make you a good moderator? -I am on pretty frequently, I am typically a very understanding and caring person who hears all sides of the story before coming to a conclusion, I get on early in the afternoon typically and play until late in the morning so I can be on when other staff are asleep to maintain peace. Please provide descriptive answers for the following questions: c1) Define RDM/RDA and describe how players who perform those actions should be punished. -RDM "Random Death Match" is when one or more players actively attempts to or succeeds in murdering of another player for no valid reason, the player who commits RDM should be made sure they can't harm anyone else and warned and explained why that isn't allowed (especially if they are new) -RDA "Random Arrest " is when a cop/swat attempt to arrest you, the culprit should be brought to a sit and warned if they already knew about it or have had experience about that in the past if it is their first time and they seem genuinely new and not knowing of the concept I would give them a verbal warning. c2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated. -NLR "New Life Rule" means you can't return the place of your death for at least two minutes after you respawn, however when applied to a raid the player who died must wait for the raid to be over to return to the site of their death. This also means you can't get revenge on someone who killed you in your previous life. c3) Define "meta game" and provide examples of its occurrence. -Meta gaming for some part means that you can't use information beyond your avatars knowledge, it also has to deal with players not being able to kill themselves to avoid other players actions like arresting or kidnapping for example. Please explain how you would handle each of these situations: d1) You see a higher up is abusing their powers to the highest severity, how do you react? -Let an even higher up know of the situation immediately while recording it and screenshot the evidence d2) During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit Mass RDMing. How do you handle the situation? -Quickly jail the person who is mass rdming and ban them for the appropriate amount of time(edit:2 weeks) then return back to my sit, or if I felt like I needed to get back to my sit I would jail them and let them sit there while I finish the sit I had already started d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets. - I would let them know it isn't allowed and advise them to become hobos and build on the sidewalks if they are so inclined to build in public, if they continued to build in the streets I would give them a warning and delete the props.
