I have no warns except for a verbal warn since i was new to the sever.

I have not been banned.

a7) Do you have any prior staffing experience? If so, where?

I have no staffing experience on gmod severs but have been admin on multiple discord severs a while back cant remember the name of them but i was admin for over a year. 

Please answer these questions with your honest opinion.
b1) Why do you want to volunteer for XenoRP?

I volunteer for XenoRP because it is the first sever that brought me to start playing darkrp and i see others ruining other peoples experiences playing the game by breaking rules and i have always wanted to do as much as possible to help everyone have as much fun as me.

b2) If you were to get accepted, what do you think would make you a good moderator?

I normally am a pretty relaxed person and friendly person but i can also be pretty firm with people plus i am normally on later at night when there is less moderation or no moderation when there is more people that break rules because of less moderation or no moderation and i want to help the people who are on later at night like me and help stop those who get on the sever later and break rules so everyone can enjoy game.

Please provide descriptive answers for the following questions:

c1) Define RDM/RDA and describe how players who perform those actions should be punished.

"RDM" is a term that means Random Death Match is when a player kills another player no reason a person who commits RDM should be stopped from killing others and should be brought to a sit a asked the reason behind it and if they dont have one they will be warned but if they are new or dont understand that this is not okay with no previous warnings for it they should get a verbal warning.

"RDA" is Random Arrest is when a cop/swat/and any other class that has the ability to arrest someone for no reason behind it this should be treated like RDM the person who committed RDA should be stopped from arresting others and pulled to a sit and asked why they did it if they do not have a reason behind it then they will be warned  if they are new or dont understand that this is not okay with no previous warnings for it they should get a verbal warning.

c2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated.

"NLR" is New Life Rule which is a rules that means if someone kills you then you cant return to this area for 2 minutes but if you die during either a normal raid or pd raid then you cant return until the raid is over this prevents the player that is killed from killing the person that killed them.

c3) Define "metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence.

"Metagame" refers to when a player uses outside knowledge of the players knowledge such as knowing a persons base codes because you based with them before this also applies to the kill command to avoid kidnapping,mugging,etc.

Please explain how you would handle each of these situations:
d1) You see a higher up is abusing their powers to the highest severity, how do you react?

I would get as much evidence as possible and let a higher up know right away.

d2) During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit Mass RDMing. How do you handle the situation?

Jail the person Mass RDMing and give them the appropriate ban which is 2 weeks and return to the sit. 

d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets.

I would explain to the people that even with there only being two players on that they need to stop building in the streets and become hobos and build on the sidewalk and not obstructing the road  if they want to build outside of a building and if continued they will be warned the props will be removed.
