Please answer these questions with your honest opinion.
b1) Why do you want to volunteer for XenoRP? To keep this server stable.

b2) If you were to get accepted, what do you think would make you a good moderator? I would listen to both sides of the story and allow each one to explain why they did what they did.

Please provide descriptive answers for the following questions:

c1) Define RDM/RDA and describe how players who perform those actions should be punished. RDM/RDA being Random Death Match and Random Arrest is killing someone/Arresting someone without reason, those people should be punished by a warning and a kick/ban if necessary.

c2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated. New Life Rules stating that after death you have no knowledge of your previous life other than your base location, you may not interact with the killer or enter a certain radius for 2 minutes. These rules would be broken if someone were to Kill their killer or walk directly where they died (unless it's their base)

c3) Define "metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence. Having out of RP knowledge such as Aiming for a room that you (as a player) know Printers are behind but the you (the character) lack the evidence or the info to know of such things.

  
Please explain how you would handle each of these situations:
d1) You see a higher up is abusing their powers to the highest severity, how do you react? Report it to the owner or higher up (to that higher up)

d2) During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit Mass RDMing. How do you handle the situation? Wait till the end of the sit then act on it

d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets. Ask them to delete it if they don't then delete it yourself
