Picmon
a1) What is your in-game (RP) name? Toni Gemelli a2) Provide a link to your Steam profile. https://steamcommunity.com/user/qpc-cwwf/nfhtqgfc/ a3) What is your Discord Tag? (ie: SomeUser#1234) Picmon#4894 a4) What timezone are you located in? Central a5) How many in-game warns do you have? One. I broke nlr once. Edit: Two, I attempted to phys gun a kidnapped person to see if they would bounce on a chess board and was warned instantly without any indication that it was against the rules. I have seen people using their phys guns to hang people dozens of times before on this server, and was not aware of it being failrp, and I do not appreciate that my application is being denied because of this, because I try my best to follow the rules. a6) Have you ever been banned? If so, explain why? Not on this server. a7) Do you have any prior staffing experience? If so, where? Nada. Please answer these questions with your honest opinion. b1) Why do you want to volunteer for XenoRP? It seems this server attracts a lot of unwanted attention, at times there can be too many problems going on at once for the current online staff members to handle, so being a trial-mod in situations like this would allow me to take care of those problems at a faster rate. I already try to warn people myself before reporting them, but many people do not care for these warnings, but if they saw I was a trial mod then they might take my verbal warnings more seriously. b2) If you were to get accepted, what do you think would make you a good moderator? I have plenty of patience to work with those who tend to be uncooperative. When I play, I am active for many hours at a time. I do not like favoritism. I just want to make sure that people want to roleplay when they join the server. Please provide descriptive answers for the following questions: c1) Define RDM/RDA and describe how players who perform those actions should be punished. Random Death Match and Random Arrest - When a player breaks roleplay and kills/arrests another player for no given roleplay reason. First offense RDM/RDA should be given a verbal warning, and jailed for 300 seconds to make sure the player has plenty of time to review !motd. Second offense should be given a written warning, and another 300 second jail. The third offense the same. The fourth offense should be a 1 week ban, and the player's name should be recorded, for any further offense should lead in a 2 week ban. Any form of mass RDM/RDA should be immediately a 2 week ban (if player RDM/RDA more than two people in the same session). c2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated. No life rule, a player comes back to their previous death's general location within two minutes of dying. This generally happens during a raid of their own, or while being raided. Revenge killing, arresting, kidnapping, mugging, etc. can also be forms of this. c3) Define "metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence. When a player does an action based on out of roleplaying knowledge. Such as killing a hitman because 'hit accepted' is above his name, or killing a terrorist 'because they're a terrorist' even though your roleplaying character would not know this until they committed a visible crime. Please explain how you would handle each of these situations: d1) You see a higher up is abusing their powers to the highest severity, how do you react? I would begin to direct message each staff member in order of their discord 'online' status. First owners, then admins, then mods, etc. I would do this in direct messaging so that the abusing staff member does not have the power to delete or change my messages in discord (assuming they have that power). d2) During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit Mass RDMing. How do you handle the situation? I would grab the player with my physics gun, read their name, go to a rooftop, bring and jail the player, then deal with them after my current sit. I would bring back anyone that left my current sit, and any trouble they caused while I was away would only add to their case. d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets. Honestly most people lie answering this question. I see building in the streets as a lesser rule, especially if it's super late and the server reset isn't far away from happening. However, I would tell the players building that if another player were to report them, I would have no choice but to give them a written warning. I would not ask them to remove it until another player specifically reports them, because seriously, if they're not cheating or affecting other players, who cares. However, if the server has other players actively roleplaying, I would force them to remove their props. My bad if y'all disagree, but this is how I would honestly handle the situation.
