I never been banned.

I was mod on this server also ice fuse and Deacon gaming. 

Please answer these questions with your honest opinion.
b1) Why do you want to volunteer for XenoRP?

I wanna volunteer because i really like to help out, I would love to see the server grow. I'm really active on the server and sometimes i see how rough it can get for the mods and i wanna help out as much as i can to make the community better. 

b2) If you were to get accepted, what do you think would make you a good moderator?

I was mod on the server so i'm well aware of all the rules also i strive to help out as much as i can no matter what the situation is. i barely go to sleep so i'm willing to help out at anytime.

Please provide descriptive answers for the following questions:

c1) Define RDM/RDA and describe how players who perform those actions should be punished

. RDM is where a random person kills random people (Random Death Match), RDA is where a cop randomly arrest people (Random Arrest) i would give them a verbal warning and then a hard warning 

c2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated.

NLR is when someone dies and they immediately comes back. For example i do /advert raid and i kill someone in the raid they come back and kill me. For example. For example you cant immediately kill the person that killed you in your previous life (New Life Rule) 

c3) Define "metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence.

Metagame is when someone uses real life knowledge for in game knowledge. For example if i was a cop and i saw a hit man have Hit excepted on his head and i arrest him that is Metagame. For example players not being able to kill themselves to avoid other players actions like arresting or kidnapping.

 
Please explain how you would handle each of these situations:
d1) You see a higher up is abusing their powers to the highest severity, how do you react?

I will record it and then report them on the forums.

d2) During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit Mass RDMing. How do you handle the situation?

I would jail them and then finish my sit, after that sit i would go to them 

d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets.

I would say sorry you cant build on the streets and if they keep doing it i will give them a warning.

d2 needs more information, would you just leave them jailed for all time? Or let them go after the sit?

c2 / c3 both need more then one example

Overall; I'm going to need to go with a -1 leaning a bit towards a neutral due to the issues with your application stated above.
