a7) Do you have any prior staffing experience? If so, where? Yes. I use to own and run my own server a couple of years ago, After I sold the server I was moderator for 3 different servers catering ti the needs of 30+ players each server.

Please answer these questions with your honest opinion.
b1) Why do you want to volunteer for XenoRP? I am very impartial and fair. I enjoy gary's mod alot and I prefer to make servers enjoyable for all players. I join this server looking for a new RP server to have fun and be apart of. Very great community of gamers I would enjoy volunteering to help out.

b2) If you were to get accepted, what do you think would make you a good moderator?

I am still fairly new to this server but not Dark RP. I think I would fit in great because I have a strong ability to stay impartial and unbias, I dedicate my time, efforts and patience to making the server a better place for the whole community. I have a very brazen personality and get along great and form personal relatable relationships with everyone.

Please provide descriptive answers for the following questions:

c1) Define RDM/RDA and describe how players who perform those actions should be punished.

Random death match 

c2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated.

New Life Rule is when a thief is killed during a raid and dies. That thief has to wait until that raid is completed  to be able to go back to the area where their death has occured. If the player was not killed in a raid they must not return for no less then 120 seconds. violations would include killing your murderer, returning to your grave after your death.

c3) Define "metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence. Is the use of real life knowledge to determine a charecters actions. Basically you assume there's a printer in a house because you hear it through a a wall. Using knowledge from one life to another. Knowing where a rival players hidden stash is, or the door code to their base.

Please explain how you would handle each of these situations:
d1) You see a higher up is abusing their powers to the highest severity, how do you react? You follow chain of command a report that person to a higher command, and do not take actions into your own hands.

d2) During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit Mass RDMing. How do you handle the situation?

You apologise to those in the sit and use ban the mass RDMer

d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets. You calmly explain that you understand that nobody on the server is on and they might have thought building in the street would be allowed. Unfortunately those are not the rules and all rules must be follow at all times. 24/7.
