a5) How many in-game warns do you have? I have 13 warns 0 active although most of my warns are from about a year or so ago when I was new to darkrp. I have learned the rules and know them and follow them well. 

a6) Have you ever been banned? If so, explain why? Yes, i have been banned for RDM,Mass RDM, and NITRP although both the RDM and Mass RDM bans were appealed 

a7) Do you have any prior staffing experience? If so, where? I do not 

 

Please answer these questions with your honest opinion.

b1) Why do you want to volunteer for XenoRP? 

I feel as if I could help the server and community and make the server a better place. I see a lot of times where there isn't enough staff on during the night and i want to help in every way possible.

b2) If you were to get accepted, what do you think would make you a good moderator?

I am on pretty frequently, I am a very understanding and caring person who hears both sides of the story before coming to a conclusion, I get on around 7 and am on till the early moring. 

Please provide descriptive answers for the following questions:

c1) Define RDM/RDA and describe how players who perform those actions should be punished.

RDM is known as “Random Death Match” this is when a player kills another player for no reason at all. If it is the first time i am speaking to the player who is RDMing i will warn them and if they continue to RDM they will receive a ban. Although if it is a new player to the server i will give them a verbal warning and explain them why they cannot RDM and will make them read the MOTD before continuing to RP. 

RDA is known as “Random Arrest” this is when any member of the police department arrests a player for no reason. The  police member should be brought to a sit and warned for RDA and if this player continues to RDA he/she shall receive a ban.

c2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated. 

NLR is known as “New Life Rule” An example of this is if another player/group is raiding you and they kill you, and you come back that is breaking NLR. you must wait 129 seconds or 2 minutes before returning although if it is a raid you cannot come back until the raid is over.

c3) Define "metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence. 

Meta gaming means that you can't use information beyond your avatars knowledge, An example is players killing themselves to avoid arrest/kidnapping/mugging’s. 

Please explain how you would handle each of these situations:

d1) You see a higher up is abusing their powers to the highest severity, how do you react? 

I would record it and inform the server owners about it and show them the video clips of them abusing their powers. 

d2) During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit Mass RDMing. How do you handle the situation? 

Jail the player as quickly as possible and ban them for the proper amount of time. 

d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets. 

I would tell them to become hobos and if they continue to build i would warn them and remove the props they have placed in the streets.

d2 You should finish your sit before going and banning the player

d3 Generally you shouldnt warn for building in the street unless they continue to do it after telling them to stop.
