Not a debit to your overall score, but the formatting of this application is horrid.
Entire B section needs a lot of work.
I am actually going to stop going over this application now, as it is extremely rushed, you type normally at some points and with caps on every word at others. You have a ton of grammar mistakes, I really don't see you trying here. You should try to act more professional if you want a role of power.
