gillysyut Posted October 6, 2020 Share Posted October 6, 2020 Your In-Game (RP) Name: gillysyut (donator) Which staff member are you reporting: spyte Please describe the staff member's unjust behavior: first of all: two guys from the swat team ,,raided" me with out saying /advert. Then they killed me for no reason (in my house). So i came back because i wanted to see what there up to... (i but my PRO miners on the roof with a leader and a fading door...keypad did exist (doors were continuously and not pressing open when you hit the keypad)) So they probclimed up there and broke open the door to destory and loot the printers... (i wasnt up there for like 30-40 min so they earned together min. 2M) So when i came back, they stunned tased and arrested me for no reason. When they destroyed everything i called an mod..so i waited...and waited...and waited for 17 min. not even one mod was helping me...i even wrote multiple times in the chat... (there were like 5-10 mods online). After a long time i was TP to Spooky Spyte. I told him the story and showed him an evidence (screenshot)...he then told me that he talks to the guys and yea the result was that he offered me 40K in cash and that we ,,talk'' when the other one wants to talk too... the best part is, that he wanted to warn me too, because he doesnt saw the keypad in the picture and let the guy who probclimed go. I sent him the same picture with the keypad cirled blue... oh wow now he sees it what a suprise...to guy who probclimed was offline by that time (his name was: I hate my wife), because this took 40 min...what a wast... so yea the result was that i had nothing and it was so useless... i donated for the server to suport the team and not get warned... i mean wtf... i lost the fun of this server and dont want to play anymore if the mods are that unhelpful... Please provide any available evidence to back your claims: I wrote every thing in the chad and did a screenshot of the probclime...... Link to comment
nexu Posted October 6, 2020 Share Posted October 6, 2020 (edited) I have to admit, this is bad on my part I should have warned Ricardo, and I hate my wife for Fail RP and Raiding without a Warrant & Advert (Ricardo is the player that raided without a warrant and advert, and I hate my wife came and raided Gilly while Ricardo was raiding. Both were apart of the pd at the time). About the prop climb, in my defence the in the screenshot the keypad was off to the side so I didn't see it until you pointed it out that's why I wanted to warn you for FDA, after I saw it I stated that I wouldn't give you a warn, that is also when I returned the player I hate my wife in which he went offline after I returned him. So I told you that when he gets back online that I would bring you and I hate my wife to talk about punishment for him. The picture is where the keypad was. Kil Posted October 7, 2020 Share Posted October 7, 2020 So after talking to spyte and reading this over I have come to the conclusion of: Spyte should have indeed warned both players and should have looked over the screenshots more carefully, I have talked to spyte about this situation and talked to him about being more careful.
