I got put in a sit after putting in a ticket for someone RDMing me and Breaking NLR repeatedly. After showing every single rule to this admin to show him how he RDMed me and broke NLR the other person in the sit (the guy I reported) said I was breaking the rules by placing a box next to the person I was guarding and standing on it to defend him. This is while we were running a game to boost morale for the server. I put in a lot of hours into this server so stuff is bound to happen. I do my best to follow every single rule. But after being RDMed more than once by someone not taking my 123 advert warns who was breaking NLR it feels unjust that because I spawned a box to stand "prop mingeing" on we get the same punishment.

You confirmed this. This is against the rules and is considered prop abuse/minge. Considering the fact that you currently have a moderator application up and in your words put "a lot of hours into this server", you certainly knew better than to do this.

Coco was warned for this. Twice. One for RDM and another for NLR, the argument that only you were the one who received punishment during this situation is simply not true.

At the end of the day I again think that your warning should stay applied to your profile. I'm almost certain that considering your dedication to the server you knew better than to use props to your advantage in a roleplay situation and break the rules. It's only a warning, and I get it that this voids any chance of you receiving a moderator position on the server until you apply again, but I still feel like your punishment is necessary.

Hello Yatty, I've talked to Allison/Joseph about this situation and have come to the conclusion that the punishment was somewhat harsh but it's a valid punishment for the rules broken. You spawned a prop in the middle of the road and stood on it to gain an advantage to kill coco.
