a7) Do you have any prior staffing experience? If so, where? I have had previous staff experience about a year or two ago on Sapphire servers now I believe they are no longer up and running.

Please answer these questions with your honest opinion.
b1) Why do you want to volunteer for XenoRP? I have really been enjoying playing on XenoRP and I would like to help the community stay stable and help the players have a better experience. 

b2) If you were to get accepted, what do you think would make you a good moderator? I am a rule oriented person who believes in obeying the rules that are presented to you in all things. I enjoy and take pride in helping people out whether if its just questions or if its a new player trying to understand the game I'm always happy to help.

Please provide descriptive answers for the following questions:

c1) Define RDM/RDA and describe how players who perform those actions should be punished. RDM stands for Random Death Match or essential means when a player is killed without reason it is considered RDM. RDA is similar to RDM in the sense that it stands for Random Death Arrest or essentially a player got arrest by civil protection without reason.

c2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated. NLR stands for New Life Rule which essentially means a player must not retain information from their previous death. NLR can be broken when returning to the place of death before 2 minutes have passed; another example of NLR could be raiding the same base before the 10 minute cooldown has ended.

c3) Define "metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence. Metagaming is referred to when a player is given information from another player OUTSIDE of the game itself via discord, TeamSpeak, or in person speech. An example of metagaming could be a player warning another place their base is getting raided and informing the player to return home.

Please explain how you would handle each of these situations:
d1) You see a higher up is abusing their powers to the highest severity, how do you react? I would spectate them or watch in a non obvious spot and begin trying to gather evidence via recording/pictures. Then I would submit an admin abuse report to the forums and try contacting a higher up.

d2) During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit Mass RDMing. How do you handle the situation? If I can get assistance from a fellow staff member I would ask for them to get the RDM'r while I continue the sit. If no one else is available I would jail the RDM'r and continue the sit then return to RDM'rs case. 

d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets.  I would ask them to remove the props as it breaks the motd rules and the rules must be followed at all times. I first verbal warn and then warn if needed and if no effort is made to delete the props I will remove them.
