2 years back I was head admin on a server for about 6 months before I moved and quit pc called derprp(which no longer exist) but I'm excited to hop back into the game and get back to where I left having fun on a great server and making sure it stays peaceful and respected.

Please answer these questions with your honest opinion.
b1) Why do you want to volunteer for XenoRP?

I personally love joining into a server and want to be apart of something I can see being bigger and better in the future and want to just be apart of it aswell as get some experience and try to move up to hopefully admin one day.

b2) If you were to get accepted, what do you think would make you a good moderator?

My fairness and judgements on situations that for come on the server weather its somebody breaking the rules or making a judgement on a server change to better the server for the players.

Please provide descriptive answers for the following questions:

c1) Define RDM/RDA and describe how players who perform those actions should be punished.

RDA is a random arrest on somebody without cause or proof of any wrong doing while RDA is random murder for no good explanation or cause of the killing. RDA first time should be warning while second time should be demotion of job and if anymore occurrences jail time.

c2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated.

c3) Define "metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence.

Please explain how you would handle each of these situations:
d1) You see a higher up is abusing their powers to the highest severity, how do you react?

d2) During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit Mass RDMing. How do you handle the situation?

d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets.
