I was banned recently for MassRDM. a7) Do you have any prior staffing experience? If so, where? I have prior experience as a Gamemaster/Moderator on Geetsly's Gaming Network Please answer these questions with your honest opinion. b1) Why do you want to volunteer for XenoRP? I usually play late at night, and that's when the majority of the staff are offline. I feel I could help moderate the server late at night. b2) If you were to get accepted, what do you think would make you a good moderator? I'm always online, I am available whenever needed, even late at night. Secondly I have experience as a moderator. Please provide descriptive answers for the following questions: c1) Define RDM/RDA and describe how players who perform those actions should be punished. RDM: (Random Deathmatch) When a player kills another player for no roleplay related reason. RDM entales a Warning. RDA: (Random Arrest) RDA is when a player with the power to arrest another player, arrests said player without any RP reason to do so. RDA constitutes a Warning. c2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated. NLR: (New Life Rule) when a player is killed and returns to the area as if nothing had happened, and continues to roleplay as if they have not died. c3) Define "metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence. Metagame: Gaining information that would be otherwise impossible to obtain through roleplay means Please explain how you would handle each of these situations: d1) You see a higher up is abusing their powers to the highest severity, how do you react? I would immediately report said staff member to a higher up, and provide evidence of the incident. d2) During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit Mass RDMing. How do you handle the situation? Temporarily suspend the sit, Jail the player that is Mass RDMing. Finish the original sit, and then deal with the Mass RDMer d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets. Verbally warn the offenders, and tell them to remove their props. If said props are not removed, I would remove them myself.
