Never a7) Do you have any prior staffing experience? If so, where? I have unfortunately never staffed before but I am willing to learn. Please answer these questions with your honest opinion. b1) Why do you want to volunteer for XenoRP? There have been many times where there have been no admins online or I just see people breaking the rules and not being able to do anything about it, so I would like to learn to do something about it so we can have fun. b2) If you were to get accepted, what do you think would make you a good moderator? I would do my best to make every right decision and make everything fair so people can enjoy their time and come back. Please provide descriptive answers for the following questions: c1) Define RDM/RDA and describe how players who perform those actions should be punished. RDM or RDA is when someone is killed or is killing without and reasonable cause. First they should be warned but if it's not a first offense then more measure can be taken. c2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated. NLR means that after death you do not remember anything and you must not take revenge on your killer or return to where you died too soon. One example would be if someone died during raid and came right back after to kill their killer. c3) Define "metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence. Metagame is when you use outer knowledge or real life knowledge to affect the game in any way. One example would be if a police officer saw someone kill in the kill feed, found the player, and then arrested him for it. Please explain how you would handle each of these situations: d1) You see a higher up is abusing their powers to the highest severity, how do you react? Try and contact an even higher up and make them aware of the situation. d2) During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit Mass RDMing. How do you handle the situation? I would politely excuse myself for a second and put the RDMing player in a cage somewhere else where I come back and deal with them after my current sit. d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets. I would make them aware of the fact that they shouldn't be building in the middle of the street because it blocks other players.
