I have never been banned on gmod or this server. I have been EAC Banned on Rust For an unknown reason Just woke up one day EAC Banned.

I dont have any prior staffing experience.
Please answer these questions with your honest opinion.
b1) Why do you want to volunteer for XenoRP?
Because I enjoy playing XenoRP and there are Alot of people breaking rules on this particular RP server and I hate to see people ruin the fun in RP.
So I want to help keep this server as fun as it can be. 

b2) If you were to get accepted, what do you think would make you a good moderator?
Me helping others and making sure people have a fun time RolePlaying on xenosrp.
I know the rules and if people have a question about it I can help them with it. 

Please provide descriptive answers for the following questions:

c1) Define RDM/RDA and describe how players who perform those actions should be punished.
RDM is Random Death match. RDM is when some kill someone else for no reason.
RDA is random arrest.  Its when anyone on the government team arrests someone for no reason.

c2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated.
NLR is new life rule. NLR is when someone dies and goes back to where they died before the 2 minute timer for nlr is over.
NLR can be violated when someone dies to someone raiding them and going back to the raid to protect there base right after they died.
The Rule can also be violated by using information from when they died or from there past life. If someones raiding a base and they know they have money printers or bit miners and they get killed they should not talk about that information or know about it in there new life.

c3) Define "metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence.

Metagaming is using outside information to abuse there role playing experience. An example is a hitman adverting Hit Completed and a cop sees this they cant just go arrest them or warrant them because they never seen it happen or seen them kill the person.  Another Example is when someone adverts Raid and lets say a cop sees this in chat they cant just go up and arrest them or warrant them because they have never seen it happen.

Please explain how you would handle each of these situations:
d1) You see a higher up is abusing their powers to the highest severity, how do you react?
What I would do is use a recording software to record them abusing there powers and report it to a higher up that can help solve the issue.
I would not go confront them because this many cause bigger problems or causing them to stop so they dont get caught.

d2) During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit Mass RDMing. How do you handle the situation?
What I would do Is jail the person whos mass RDMing and finish completing my sit then I would go handle the minge whos mass RDMing and ban them.

d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets.
I would politely ask them to not build on the streets and explain to them only hobos can do that. If they continue I would warn them and just start deleting the props they put down on the street.
