a7) Do you have any prior staffing experience? If so, where? i do not have any major staffing experiance in a big server but i was staff in a smaller server of my friends 

Please answer these questions with your honest opinion.
b1) Why do you want to volunteer for XenoRP? i want to help the server become better and to help the mods and the admins day. I have seen how the mods are like a family and i want to join the xeno rp mod family 

b2) If you were to get accepted, what do you think would make you a good moderator? i think i would be a good moderator because i can work good in a team and i have great communication skills. I would also be a good moderator because i belive in mercy and second chances 

Please provide descriptive answers for the following questions:

c1) Define RDM/RDA and describe how players who perform those actions should be punished. Random Death Match or RDM is where you randomly kill some one for no reason and this should be punished by a warning and if that person carries on it moves to a kick then a ban. Random Arrest or RDA is where you randomly arrest someone for no reason and should be punished just as the same as RDM 

c2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated. New Life Rule or NRL is where someone is killed and they have to act like a new person. so if you are being raided an get killed you cannot go back to the scene where you died or that would be classed as breaking NLR which is A punishable offense 

c3) Define "metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence. meta gaming is Using OOC information. Usually seen when people call someone their name when they first meet, as they've read it in OOC chat or in their player description. 

Please explain how you would handle each of these situations:
d1) You see a higher up is abusing their powers to the highest severity, how do you react? I would get evidence of them abusing there power and send it to the super admin or owner if it need be 

d2) During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit Mass RDMing. How do you handle the situation? i would freeze them handle the sit im in and deal with the RDMer 

d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets.I would ask them to try and keep it off the street and if they are a hobo i would allow it unless it got out of hand
