Yes, I was extremely mingy in the past but I have changed and I'm no longer like what I was.

a7) Do you have any prior staffing experience? If so, where? 

I staffed for almost 2 months on xeno in fall 2019.

b1) Why do you want to volunteer for XenoRP?   

I've been playing daily for the past 2 months again and want to help players out.

b2) If you were to get accepted, what do you think would make you a good moderator? 

I am hard working, know the MOTD well, and am ex staff. I apologize for being a minge in the past but I think I would make a good addition back to the staff team.

Please provide descriptive answers for the following questions:

c1) Define RDM/RDA and describe how players who perform those actions should be punished. 

RDM is random deathmatch. It is when a player intentionally kills another player for no RP reason. RDA is random arrest. It is when a CP arrests a citizen for no RP reason. They should both be handled with a warn or a ban if they do it to 3+ people in a row.

c2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated.   

NLR is new life rule. When you die, you cannot come back to that area for 2 minutes. If you die in a raid you cannot return to the inside the base until all members raiding advert over. An instance where this is violated is when a cop dies in a PD raid but comes back and kills the intrudersc3) Define "metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence.    Metagame is when you use information from outside the game for your own advantage. An instance of this occurring is if a player was getting kidnapped and asks a party member in discord to come kill the kidnapper.

Please explain how you would handle each of these situations:
d1) You see a higher up is abusing their powers to the highest severity, how do you react? 

record the higher up abusing and send it to someone higher than them.

d2) During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit Mass RDMing. How do you handle the situation? 

Jail the person and ask another mod to ban them while i deal with my current sit. If no mods are available, i would ask the players in the sit to wait patiently while i ban the mass rdmer. 

d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets. 

 I would ask them to stop, delete their props, and recommend being a hobo and build in a parking lot.  If they continued on the street, I would warn them or kick them.
