I don't use any specific RP names, I usually just come up with different names to RP with whenever I'm on.

None that I know of.

a6) Have you ever been banned? If so, explain why?

I was banned once for 1 day for RDM. The server was in utter disarray with no mods on, people were just MassRDMing and whatnot, and I was roleplaying as a Hobo, managed to grab a hold of a gun and some guy said they'd pay me a few million bucks if I killed someone for him, otherwise I'd die. A moderator went on, a lot of people got punished, and so did I. I got off much easier than most other people, since I explained myself to the mod and he was pretty cool overall, so he had me banned just for a day, which was more than fair.

a7) Do you have any prior staffing experience? If so, where?

Yes, I've had extensive staffing experience on an SCPRP community. I was with them for over 1.5 years as an active Senior Admin.

Please answer these questions with your honest opinion.
b1) Why do you want to volunteer for XenoRP?

I feel like the server is severely understaffed, and whenever I'm playing even if there are 1 or 2 Staff members on, they do jackshit to help out anyone most of the time.

b2) If you were to get accepted, what do you think would make you a good moderator?

Mainly experience and maturity, I'd wager. I believe I know how to deal with most situations and people.

Please provide descriptive answers for the following questions:

c1) Define RDM/RDA and describe how players who perform those actions should be punished.

RDM - Random Death Match. The act of killing other players without any proper reason being given or by breaking rules in the process. Usually an RDMer should be questioned about his reasons to have killed someone, and get the stories from both the accuser and the accusee in order to figure out the more appropriate approach (e.g. a warn/kick/tempban depending on the graveness of the situation).

RDA - Random Arrest. The act of arresting someone as a PD officer or similar for absolutely no reason, not following the laws applied by the mayor at the time. Following same procedures as RDM, I trust I can judge what the best approach is as well and punish accordingly.

c2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated.

New Life Rule - It's a rule that serves as a mean to make RP more realistic. If you die, you must wait a determined amount of time before going back to the place that you died at, and act as if the events that ocurred up until your death are not familiar to you. An example of violating NLR is getting killed by someone and after respawning you go back to where you died and kill the guy that killed you. When you respawn it's as if you are in a completely new life, therefore everything that happened before your previous death simply don't matter.

c3) Define "metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence.

Metagaming is when a player acknowledges that they're playing a character in a game, and act according to that with knowledge of things that they shouldn't know otherwise. Usually people are not supposed to metagame in RPs because it breaks the idea of roleplaying, which is to interpret the game as a reality you live in. For example you know someone is roleplaying as a thief, but you can't act as if they are in-game unless you had that knowledge firsthand, otherwise you're metagaming, and that's just not good.

Please explain how you would handle each of these situations:
d1) You see a higher up is abusing their powers to the highest severity, how do you react?

I grab evidence of their abuse in the form of video footage and images, as well as log history, and try to talk it out with the higher up to see if I can deal with the situation peacefully. If they keep abusing, I can prove that the higher up is abusing their powers with the evidence gathered and have the people in command take care of the situation.

d2) During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit Mass RDMing. How do you handle the situation?

First off I would freeze, mute (so they don't have the chance to micspam) and jail them, then deal with the current sit appropriately. After the said sit is dealt with, I then would take care of the Mass RDMer, punishing them as seem fit.

d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets.

If there are only 2 other players online, I personally don't think I'd need to go hard on them for just building in the streets, as long as they don't minge around way too much, and even more so if they're RPing as Hobos, which makes it ok to build in sidewalks and stuff. Of course, if other players logged on, I'd have them take down their street builds and verbally warn them not to do it again. Further punishment would be necessary if they kept not following the rules.
