Please answer these questions with your honest opinion.
b1) Why do you want to volunteer for XenoRP? I honestly like the idea of staffing on xeno's servers because this is a cool server.

b2) If you were to get accepted, what do you think would make you a good moderator? Honestly I haven't really got to meet the staff team just yet, but I could help out with sits I'm pretty chill when it comes down to most anything. I usually like to keep it 100 with people about what I mean because if you don't like my opinion on a matter I most likely will like to hear about yours. If you are being down right disrespectful towards me or anyone else I usual don't take that as you want to be on the server. I like everyone on the server so there pretty nice to me and I'm nice to them. I know my way around the admining in RP because like I said I used to admin honestly moderating on servers is pretty easy to me because it doesn't take that long to learn the rules. I honestly think I would get along with the staff team, so far I only know just like 4 of them but just by knowing them I feel like the rest would be just fine in my eyes.

Please provide descriptive answers for the following questions:

c1) Define RDM/RDA and describe how players who perform those actions should be punished. RDM. They should be verbally warned or in this case warned, kick, then ban. Disclaimer that might not, how you guys do it. RDA Warned/Demoted.

c2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated. NLR/NewLifeRule basically this is a rule about you being respawned after dieing and you cant come back or maybe in a raid usually until a raid is over you can not come back to kill anymore people that killed you or even kill them after the raid is over. Basically just wait 120 seconds if its just you dieing because of roleplay.

c3) Define "metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence. Meta gaming is in dark rps instance is when somebody's doing a usual rp on you and you type kill in console that is meta gaming. Or if you used to be friends with a drug dealer and you thought it would be a good idea to go back to his establishment. Right after changing to a cop.

Please explain how you would handle each of these situations:
d1) You see a higher up is abusing their powers to the highest severity, how do you react? You take it to one of your higher ups and you dont take actions yourself.

d2) During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit Mass RDMing. How do you handle the situation? Freeze them then I would say ban them of course. They would be playing for no reason and being minge lords.

d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets. I would say just tell them to take it off the road or do it in a building of there own.
