-I've never been admin or mod, but I once was an helper on a minecraft server, it is not really the same as an gmod server, but I feel like I should tell

Please answer these questions with your honest opinion.
b1)Why do you want to volunteer for XenoRP?
-I've played a lot on the server with my friends, if it was a few months back or now, I've always liked that server as it is most of the time calm and the people on here are really friendly

b2) If you were to get accepted, what do you think would make you a good moderator?
-Well I have been playing for a bit, so I know how the rules work and I have seen a few sits, so I know how things are handled.

Please provide descriptive answers for the following questions:

c1) Define RDM/RDA and describe how players who perform those actions should be punished.

-RDM is when a player kills another player without any actual reason, an example would be: Someone who's in the street getting killed for no reasons and without any warns.
I'd first teleport the accused player and the player who was killed. The first thing I'd do is try to understand what happened. If then I find out that the player was guilty, I'd verbally warn him to not do that again then I'd proceed to give him an in-game warn

-RDA is when a player, having a police related job, randomly taze and arrest someone without him breaking the law or doing anything that would deserve being arrested.
To verify if the person is guilty of RDA, I would check the laws then in the logs to see if he had an valid reason to arrest the player, but if not, I'd warn him in-game, then I'd put him in civilian so he isn't in that job again for now.

-If any of them occurs, the is two warns, and for the third it is a 2 week ban

c2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated.

-NLR, or "New Life Rule", is when a player kill somebody, the dead person should not remember his old life and he shouldn't immediately come back to where he died to try to get revenge or anything

-An few example of NLR being broken is: #1) The player dies during a raid of his base and decide to come back to try to kill the raiders. #2) Where it would be the inverse, the player was raiding and has been killed during it, and he'd immediately come back to try to kill the defender of the base. #3) He has been killed for any valable reasons and he would decide to immediately come back for revenge

c3) Define "metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence.

-Metagame is using the information from an outside source that in RP, your character would not have

-A few example would be: Seeing that someone has put a hit on you, so you'd kill the hitman, telling someone you're in a call with that your base is being raided so he'd come help, telling someone in ooc that someone else has prominers so they would go raid them

Please explain how you would handle each of these situations:
d1) You see a higher up is abusing their powers to the highest severity, how do you react?
-I first take proof of the higher staff abusing then I'd seen it to an even higher staff, so they could do something about it

d2) During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit Mass RDMing. How do you handle the situation?
-Personally, I'd bring the person that is Mass RDMing and I'd jail them, then I would finish the sit and finally I'd deal with them

d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets.
-I would warn them verbally not to do that and delete the props, if I'd saw they would continue, then that's where I would give then an in-game warn
